Good Value and excellent quality
Very powerful mini pc’s. Surprised at how well they work compared to some desktops.Easy to expand memory with an M.2 NVME stick.Had trouble installing one software suite but checking on line for the error code revealed an easy fix.The issue is NOT just with this device. Others have had the same occurrence.Great mini PC’s. A lot of bang for the buck.

Iâm using it as a Linux server console in my lab for now, but Iâm already considering turning it into a small retro gaming system later. This little guy packs a lot inside!!!!
This little guy packs a ton under the case. I am using it to emulate games and works perfectly. I also used it to do work from home stuff. These are small enough you can mount them behind your monitor on the wall or on the actual monitor itself. I loaded all my retro systems on this guy and works flawlessly. Runs my programs needed for work as well. I have bought quite a few of these mini pc to use for projects that I sell and this is by far one of my favorites. No clipping in the games and does not run hot on me. Just make sure you have enough room for ventilation where using it. You can also use these on the go if you want to take to travel with you. It fits in my front pocket of my back pack. Very useful device and I LOVE these. So many uses for these I cant list them all.

I use these for basic needs. Remote programing and monitoring of home systems. Basic Document and Spread sheet programs.Not 5 Star only because it is not a top name chip…but for the money, this little unit is great…also…its duel monitor with two HDMI ports.If you need an inexpensive computer (e.g. Kids first computer or basic computing tasks) these are great.

Great livingroom PC
Used this to replace an old PC in the living room. Can with Windows and I didn’t need to set up an account to get it running. Very happy. Streams in 4K (it might drop a fram here and there) and it completely watchable. All while using very little power. This reduced our power consumption by 90% and we are still getting 99% of the performance.

Not Great
I’m not sure if I received a dud, but this mini PC was not great at all. With only 2 tabs open in Chrome, it was super laggy and had buffering issues when trying to load a video from YouTube. I checked my internet speed, and this mini PC was registering half the numbers of my laptop, which matches my paid speeds. A huge disappointment

Goede computer voor browsen E-mailen en kantoorwerk. LibreOffice werkt zeer soepel en video’s van YouTube worden zonder hapering weergegeven. Het apparaat wordt nauwelijks warm. Enig minpuntje is dat bij de installatie van Windows 11 pro de Nederlandse taal niet wordt ondersteund. Na de installatie, die zonder problemen verliep, kan je een Nederlands taalpakket installeren. De basistaal blijft, in mijn geval, Engels.18-10-2024 Update. Helaas de SSD is overleden.

D’après Ark (Intel), il s’agit d’une version du N5095 avec une gestion du son améliorée, pas sûr que cela change grand chose pour le BMAXLivré avec une barrette de ram de 8Go, possibilité d’en ajouter une seconde facilement. Dispose d’un connecteur SATA pour ajouter un disque SSD 2.5″ fixé au capot supérieur. Le SSD M2 intégré est un SATA au format 2280.Le Bios permet quelques réglages intéressants, comme la possibilité de redémarrer automatiquement la machine après une coupure de courant (Pratique pour une utilisation en “petit serveur”)J’ai installé une version Ubuntu Desktop 22.04 en remplacement de Windows 11. Aucun problème rencontré (ethernet et wifi OK, son -hdmi + jack- OK, USB 3.0 OK). Quelques warnings au boot à priori liés à un bios un peu jeune. Comme je ne peux rien y faire, j’ai juste remonté le loglevel à 3 pour l’instant.Je cherchais un mini PC qui tient la route pour un petit projet multimédia, le BMAX B3 est un choix très satisfaisant. Acheté en promo au même prix que des configurations similaires en J4125 sur Amazon, pour de bien meilleures performances (Au prix d’une consommation un peu plus élevée). Les configurations à base de N5105 (consommation inférieure, meilleures performances graphiques), N6xxx ou les premières machines équipées de N95/N100 restent bien plus chères.Seuls bémols, le bruit du ventilateur (Il n’est pas bruyant mais a l’air de souffrir à bas régime) et… L’absence de port USB à l’arrière de la machine. Les périphériques USB doivent être branchés sur le côté de la machine ou en façade.

I suoi punti di forza sono la sua compattezza, la comodita di poterlo trasportare e la sua velocita nell avviarsi., grazie ae sue prese d ariaaterali non ci sono.problemi di riscaldamento ma sopratutto è silenzioso grazie al fatto che montando un ssd a stato solido non si sente. Anche se un mini pc è molto reattivo sia nel cambi schermata, che nell applicazioni di ufficio ,anche con video streaming in 4k non ci sono problemi di rallentamenti.anzi è proprio adatto all ufficio, o un desktop di accoglienza perché ha due uscite hdmi in modo che possa gestire due schermi in contemporanea.Anche i normali giochi casual funzionano in modo molto fluido e non si bloccano.Quello che mi ha sorpreso di più è che l’intera macchina è molto piccola e raffinata e riserva anche uno spazio di espansione del disco rigido, che è un design comodo e pratico.In conclusione ,mi sono trovato benissimo proprio per la sua velocità , e reattività . Ed essendo potente ma piccola posso metterla ovunque ed usarla per l ufficio senza problemi. Sono soddisfatto,inoltre ha un bel design che non guasta

I really do not think that it is capable to to achieve the advertised frame rates…. The intel N5095 integrated graphics card its more than good, but it straggles to keep up with low end games….
