Box that it came in was destroyed! There was no power cord and keeps cutting off. So now Iâm out a computer bc I donât have a printer to print a return label to send it back.

I bought this for a friend as an inexpensive, basic, lightweight Windows PC that does pretty much what it should. My friend is happy with the laptop and has no complaints. However, there is a glaring difference between what was advertised and charged for and what was sent: we got an HP laptop instead of the advertised Dell. Both may be equivalent in terms of power and design, but the HP model is actually listed for a lower price elsewhere. That is why I’m only giving it three stars when it could have been five.Also, the screen resolution is really poor (1366 x 768), but at least that spec was correctly posted under the product description and specifications, so no actual complaints there.

el producto es tal como se describe, llego to bien empaquetado en buenas condiciones, muy buena estetica. un unico detalle en la letra (a) en el teclado hay que precionar con fuerza par aque se escriba, pero de alli todo lodemas muy buen producto.
