It was horrible. Plus seller took so long to resolve the refund even it was sent back the day after
I bought this laptop for my son who loves to play games but it kept on freezing & crashing. We were only able to use it twice.Plus he was limited in what he could do. Since it was HP I thought it would have been great. I requested a return & ups picked up it from me the next day. It’s been over a week I still haven’t received the refund.So if you want you don’t want issues like what we had, buy a laptop instead of Chromebook. Would not recommend at all you’re just waist money. I only gave it 1 star because thats the lowest I have the choice of choosing.
