This system is perfect for what I needed it to do!
I ordered the misting system to add to the backside of my barn to give my horses a place to escape the 100+ temperatures we’ve been having in Texas lately. I read the reviews and was a little concerned about how well it would work, or if at all, but after a few very minor adjustments after installation, it works great! all misters are misting and since I located the system on the south side of the barn, the constant southern breeze which comes off my pasture pushes the mist under the tin awning and into the barn keeping it cooler than it’s ever been in the summer. It was super easy to install, I also bought the calcium filter since I have hard water – which was also easy to install. The misters do put out a heavy mist so it’s probably not something a person would like over their head but the horses – they think it’s pretty cool (after they got over their initial fear of the misting and sound LOL). Highly recommend!

Loved it show much we bought another
Ok…so it does NOT take 10 minutes to set up like it says, but it is an easy set up process. We set ours up along our back porch that gets scorching hot from the afternoon sun. It was the perfect addition! We loved it so much, we bought another! Cools everything down like you’d expect. The connector brackets and zip ties that are included are extremely helpful. I’ve used other misters in the past and they did not work as well as these do. Fixing the leaks are as easy as is shown in the video. We had two leaks the first time we turned it on, followed the instructions from the troubleshooting video to fix them, turned the water back on, and they were 100% fixed. Cutting the tubing to size was also easy (just make sure you cut straight and you’ll be fine). Usually it’s too hot in the afternoon to have lunch on our back porch…Today we turned on the misters, opened up our patio umbrella for shade, and enjoyed our lunch on the porch. Fantastic buy and good quality! Is as advertised. 😀

Good cooling system
Being in central Texas, it gets pretty hot, so this came in good use, while being outside. The installation was pretty easy-I applied it to the support beams using the hose securing nails included on a patio 10ft x 10ft. The hose it pretty long and fits nicely to another garden hose or to the water line. It puts out a decent amount of spray, so if you are close to it, you will get pretty wet. I haven’t messed with it too much, so not sure if you can adjust the individual nozzles to increase/decrease output, but it doesn’t work by changing the water amount from the wall. It was fine for what I was I was wearing, but if someone is wearing nice clothes and doesn’t want to get moist, stay away. I did point the nozzles away from the patio and that helped. My patio might be too small for this product, but definitely works and is worth the money!

keep cool
We had quite the heat wave here in Reno Nv, and our swamp cooler was having a hard time keeping up with the heat. I put one string around the swamp cooler to cool the air off before it hit the filters and it works out great–a cool house even when it hit 105. I bought two so the other went in a tree by our front porch where my wife and I like to hang out in the afternoons–very cool out front. I did not have any problems with clogging–I guess the water in Reno is good and clean. Do yourself a favor and get a few of these to beat the heat. OH, NV has very dry heat and I don’t know how they work in humid climes. Stay cool!
