Quiet mode is inspiring
So, guilty is charged, I got these cause I would be in the middle of practicing some instrument, get interrupted and just wanted to finish the song before turning my attention away. Until one day I got a accused of ignoring people, I blamed my cheap headphones as being the problem “there noise cancelling” I claimed (they were not)Eventually I knew someone would want proof so I bought these and sure enough the day came. I was already impressed but the look on her face when I switched the noise cancelling on and all traces of footsteps, ac unit and other sounds drowned out to nothingness was gold, then I played crab rave for her and started calling her name, much to the surprise of others around us she didn’t flinch, was completely oblivious to the world. They work, and got me out of a whole lot of trouble.

BOSE â¦.the name really does say it all
The sound is unequaled. Iâve been a BOSE guy for decades and have had their headphones forever. This is first cordless set Iâve had that did not feel âsolidâ. I understand that new tech lets them make these things lighter, yet as strong or stronger, so Iâm going to see how these play out. Since I treat my toys very well, these should be just fine. But if anyone cares, sometimes weight is not the only consideration that should be used. A more solid build would allow for another feature or three to be put along the edges in the button area and for better hinges.Nowâ¦. If only we could get BOSE to make good open air/ open ear earbuds with ear hooks that are adjustable enough to seriously hold them in place they would have a corner on the market

Noise canceling not working! Horrible customer service
I got these on a Friday. Tried them on, liked how comfortable they were, so I was like, let me keep them. These are Bose, I owned Bose headphones before, they are always reliable and some of the best available⦠so I threw the box out. I go to work on Tuesday and take them with me. Turn the noise canceling feature on – the only reason why I bought these! – and it DOES NOT WORK! So I contact the seller and their response was: âcontact the manufacturer and have them fixed under the guarantee.â So Iâm like they are refurbished how do I/Bose even know that these are under guarantee stillâ¦. And the seller tells me to give the manufacturer the proof of purchase but no additional help. Iâm sorry, seller, but are you for real??!! You sold me a product that doesnât work. Sure, I threw out the box, but how does this become my problem? THE ITEM YOU SOLD ME IS DEFECTIVE. The sole function it is made for IS NOT WORKING! I paid you over $250 for an item that does not do what itâs supposed to do and the best you can say is contact the manufacturer???!!! Take some responsibility! I will make sure that I never buy anything from you again. What a waste of money. Now itâs gonna take me longer and cost me more (cause my time is valuable, sir!) to contact the manufacturer and get them fixed than if I had bought new ones at the regular price. Extremely disappointed!!!

Second best headphones I’ve owned
The headphones are comfortable, sound good, last all day, and have good noise cancelling. They are sturdy and reliable. I use them for my daily work and all of my frequent airtravel.The technical aspects are all just *slightly* better on the Sony WH-1000XM5. I wish Bose had fully closed that gap. That’s why I’m only giving it 4 out of 5 stars.However, the Sony headphones break very easily, and Sony will not repair any “physical” defects. The Sony’s broke within two months of getting them, doing nothing more strenuous than *putting them on*. These Bose headphones on the other hand have not broken, despite all-day every-day use and frequently being packed up and used in travel.The Bose headphones are not the BEST in terms of technology, but they are very very good, and they’re quite sturdy and reliable.

I had an early Bose noise cancelling set, and after years of use one of the earpieces broke off. I love these headphones, the noise cancelling is much improved over earlier designs. They are also easily paired with multiple Bluetooth devices.

Good sound quality. I bought for watching my new LG 4k tv. Itâs tricky to get it to work,especially if you want tv sound and headphone sound at the same time. No directions so you need to be patient to pair them to any TV. Be prepared to spend at least an hour getting them setup on a TV.

Lo compre como renovado y no sé si es por eso que de pronto al conectarlo a la laptop el ajuste de volumen no es el adecuado, adicional si esperaba sentirmeas aislads del ruido exterior.
