Great customer service
I originally ordered this phone, but the S Pen wouldn’t write over the center of the screen, which I knew should be possible from YouTube reviews. When I reached out, their amazing customer service quickly arranged a replacement and shipped it out promptly. I was initially worried they might not address the issue, as some sellers have disappointed me in the past, but their support exceeded my expectations. Theyâve turned me into a loyal customer, and Iâll definitely be ordering from them again!

The phone iner folding screen is not working
I purchased this phone in March of this year, and after just six months of use, the inner foldable screen suddenly stopped working. Without any apparent reason, a line appeared on the screen, rendering it unusable. Iâve been a loyal Samsung customer for over five years, but this experience has been incredibly disappointing. For a phone that costs $1,400, itâs unacceptable for it to last only five months. To make matters worse, the repair cost for the inner screen is $800, bringing the total repair cost to nearly $1,200. I would not recommend this phone, as it seems to be of poor quality, and the warranty offers little to no support. On top of that, there’s no reliable way to contact the seller for assistance. Save your money and avoid this product.

Flagged as stolen / lost or trade in not completed paymentsBayshine seller just sent me a letter apologizing and if Id like a replacementI found original return box and label , so itâs the way to seller, hopefully Iâll get my $$ back after few days after receiving it

So far my z fold 5 works like new. No scratches on the screens and the battery life is like new. No line in the folding screen, it’s in perfect condition
