Love this device!
I hesitated because of price but this product has changed my work-life for the better. As an HR representative, I struggled with organizing notes, and I take notes on EVERYTHING. The tagging feature I absolutely revolutionary for me. I can keep all of my notes in one place, in a portable, light device that I can also link to my computer. I love porting over documents to take notes on.The pen options are perfect for a wide range of uses. It stays charged for a decent amount of time considering I am using it all day every day. I didn’t bother buying an expensive ReMarkable brand cover for it, so I got an inexpensive off brand one that works perfectly. The magnet feature on the pen has helps keep it from being misplaced. The eraser feature on the pen is amazing, too. It can be very precise, which is awesome.There are a couple of features that aren’t ideal for my uses. The first is the tip on the pen. The package includes extra tips, which is great but even when I’m consciously trying to write lightly, they wear out very quickly. There are off brand pen tips on the market but haven’t tried them yet. Another feature I wish the device had was being able to move typed text around on a page. It’s more feasible in the app than on the actual device, but you can’t in real time move text to different spots in the page, which is not the end of the world but definitely frustrating.

Honestly, I’m in love
So, I’ve been tossing around the idea of a writing tablet forever. Finally decided to do it, knowing if I didn’t like it, I could just return it. Well I will NOT be doing that, because this is just the best thing ever. I’ve always preferred hand writing to typing but I’ve used an apple pen on an iPad and hated how it went. I love the remarkable pen, there’s different styles in case I want to change how my writing looks (right now it’s the ballpoint fine point). It also writes beautifully. The pen hits right where you want it, the eraser is on point and doesn’t take off half the work when you try to erase a single line. The templates they include are enough for me, I’ve used the hexagons for habit tracking, the lines for my story, blank ones for doodling, and the checklist for my to do list. Still learning and trying out some new things but don’t expect to be disappointed with them. I also love that the screen isn’t lit, which seems like a weird thing to like. But I stare at a computer screen plenty, I don’t need more glare. I have a case now and so it can leave the house with me and will be traveling all over with me

Great Device….Too Expensive
After doing extensive research with different review pages and videos, I decided to give Remarkable 2 a try since. I was very hesitant at first since I felt I couldn’t justify the price. I could easily get a different device that could do much more for the same price, however, writing and being organized is what I was looking, and Remarkable was just that.After I receive it, I proceeded to start using it. I was at awe with how SIMPLE this device is to use. As I continued using it for my day to day note taking and organizing my daily, weekly planners, I felt in love with the feel of how accurate the writing is. However, in less than a week, I realized that something was missing.After going on their website, I noticed they had a newer version, The Paper Pro version. At around $700 range, it was really outside of my initial budget, but this unit seemed to fix many of the major complaints that the Remarkable 2 had. Light, Color, More memory, slightly bigger screen, more battery life.I ended up returning this item and will eventually get the Paper Pro when it gets a better price, right now, I can’t justify spending that much for what this unit does.

Excelente herramienta para explotar la creatividad

This product has exceeded my expectations. I wanted it to use for when I did job estimates to take notes and markup site drawings. But I can also connect to my onedrive and google drive and access my pdf library and read all my favorite books. In addition to that because it can connect directly to wifi, its linked to my mobile device. I can access a document from my phone or tablet after I have been in the field and marked it up. Now its on my laptop and I can load the marked up document into my estimating platform. Very good product. Its just like writing on paper, except you can erase and save and your not wasting paper!! Love it. Battery life is great. I only charge it once a week and I use it everyday. Highly recommend it!!!
