Great value and performance for my use.
I ordered this Dell 3010 SFF in order to have a Win 10 PC to do taxes on. It came well packed, looks like new, it’s even clean on the inside. The refurb company Amazon uses is top notch (I’m not sure if it’s OK to use their name here). The paperwork that came with it was clear, well written and simple. In essence, get it out of the box, plug in the necessary cables and it’s good to go.It would not serve well as a gaming PC, but for typical office documents, email and web browsing, it is much more than adequate.I had one issue that I contacted refurb tech support on via email. If you use the HDMI video output, there may be no video until you update the Win 10 driver. Don’t panic. The VGA output is fully functional. Temporarily use it to do setup, update the Win 10 display driver, then switch back to the HDMI. More on their tech support: Within hours overnight I had an answer back from them. Tip… Attach a copy of the Amazon order showing the order number to make things easier. I’m not normally a Win 10 user, so I asked how to update the driver. Their response to that was polite, concise and accurate. Done.I’m not used to this level of quality support, thought it had gone by the wayside years ago. Although I don’t know the name of the support rep, I hope he/she reads this and knows that it is appreciated.Thanks!

Unbiased opinion
First time buying a desktop refurbished, nevermind amazon non the less , so i of course had my doubts initially.. I am actually pleasantly surprised, let me explain.. It was a gift to someone who works from home but does bare minimum internet browsing, excel worksheets, etc nothing too demanding so i went with this model because it has more than enough ram, storage and power to handle day to day office tasks. SOME of the reviews i see below may have had a different experience, but my particular package arrived bomb proof, excellent packaging, the machine itself looked like it could of been brand new, zero dust, dirt, scratches, literally jack shit and i looked in every port checked the disc tray whole rundown the machine was clean as new. Turned it on and she runs perfectly, windows 10 is installed , no issues .. Came with a usb wifi adapter up to 156MBPS, which is a cool bonus. Machine runs smooth software and hardware wise, plus im using direct ethernet connection to our 2gig router , so this thing just became the rhode runner for barely 170 ? i forget the price .. overall great value for the money in this day and age

Overall itâs a good starter PC, definitely not meant for gaming heavily in the sense the graphics card is no where near good enough and the storage space in it is minimal at best!Out of the box it works well, older style so it needs a VGA connector itâ doesnât have HDMI and mine has always had the alert ârear fan failureâ right from the start but it runs well and does the job

Very pleased! Very clean inside and out, (Yes I looked inside) The outside case was dent free withonly 1 smudge. Specs were as advertised. Came with key board, mouse, and WiFi dongle (pleasantsurprise). Easy setup. I bought it because TurboTaxwill not install on windows 7 now. Very fast looks and works great so far. Getting used to windows 10. My printer drivers installed in seconds withoutsoftware! Really a great value , like getting a brandnew pc for $109!

Love it! ⤠I was a little hesitant to buy refurbished, but on a budget I figured I would give it a go and hope for the best. Not only did it come looking like it was brand new, it runs super fast and goes above and beyond what i expected. I highly recommend this computer and seller. After a few weeks of just installing software the unit died. DELL has app built in and video and hard drive both died. You cannot return unit without ORIGINAL boxes!!! If you risk buy this, Keep all packing and certificates. Refund would have been a breeze. Incredible value wasted $100.

The Best Low Cost PC for Remote Work
Iâm rating 5 stars because of the value for my money I got, not because itâs the best computer out in the market.I have Apple everything, from laptop to phone; most remote jobs required a Windows 10. Once I landed a position, the recruiter gave me this link for this PC.The PC is fast, quite, and small. Mine unfortunately did not come with a keyboard or mouse. I hooked it up to my spare 32â screen tv, and use that for my workspace.There are no HDMI ports on the PC, youâll have to get a cable to connect from this PC to your TV or Computer monitor.No wifi capabilities, Iâm sure there are adapters for that. Regardless most remote positions will require your set up to be directly connected to the internet.Itâs small enough for transporting around as well, just in case you ever want to go on vacation and still work remotely.

Computer worked, but the harddrive sounded like a rock tumbler very noisy and unbearable. Opened the housing, most parts had the dell logo on them, but the harddrive is cheap chinese junk, oh surprise. Returned for refund and will order another one. Don’t have high hopes, this one will be better.
