First time buying a renewed PC through Amazon. It arrived well packaged and the machine itself was in perfect condition. Everything seems to work perfectly! Great price overall. Only very small complaint is the included mouse and keyboard are very flimsy and low quality. I would easily recommend this product.

Got this refurbished Optiplex 7060 about a week ago. Works great. It’s exactly as I expected, a fast clean computer that does what I ask it to without fail or hesitation. Update 12.20.24 Thank God for Amazon customer service! The computer worked until 12.6.24. Then it shut down giving a BIOs error. Contacting the seller is useless. They will reply to messages with IT solutions, that if you are not tech savvy, probably won’t be able to attempt. Luckily, I am tech savvy, but the computer still won’t work. Seller is not good at customer service or truly wanting to replace/ repair the item. This is a very good value for the person who does not want to spend a lot of money on a new computer. It does everything as well as a new top dollar computer. Windows 11 works well. Like any new computer, you will need to update preferences and download from the cloud or transfer your files. It’s a really simple set up. There were no compatibility issues with my printer, monitor or mouse.The only complaint that I have is the wireless keyboard and mouse that came with the unit. They are really cheap and it’s probably better for you to use your existing keyboard and mouse or purchase new ones. For me neither the mouse nor the keyboard would stay connected.

Good value for workhorse PC for general use. Not always quiet
This is an adequate PC and I am generally satisfied with the performance.The PC was very clean inside and out and included Core i7 8700, WIN 11 Pro , 32GB RAM and built in WiFI as as described .The CPU cooler fan does get somewhat loud periodically; Replacing the thermal paste (CPU to Heatsink ) did not help that symptom.I do like the compact size of the SFF Desktop. the motherboard does have ports, connections for some limited accessories,. ( but only a single FAN header for CPU cooler fan.) I contacted seller pre-purchase to confirm actual PC specifications, features expected .This model does have various original configurations( ex. HDMI .vs. DP or DVD/ROM, etc.).Description stipulated “NEW” 1TB NMVE M.2 SSD.The M.2 drive in my PC has over 7600 hours , the seller did provide partial refund for that issue.To be safe, I immediately replaced that used NVMe M2. SSD with New NMVw M.2 SSD with the O/S cloned.I did receive the model with the CD-ROM as pictured but it did NOT include the internal SSD caddy.Seller did mail to me that useful part when contacted.

Disappointing
I purchased one of these computers in July and started setting it up shortly after it arrived. Everything seemed to work well, but unfortunately, I did not test the optical drive, which I have just discovered will not work. In addition, the wi-fi function, which was operating normally when the machine arrived, has now failed. The return window has closed, so I am stuck with a machine that must be repaired or scrapped. If you buy one of these machines, purchase the extended warranty, and check the machine out thoroughly before the return window closes.

This tower is just under a foot tall and 3 1/2 inches wide and runs at lightning speed.It has numerous connector slots of all sorts, and Wi-Fi built in. Comes with a free Wi-Fi dongle which can be used with other devices, but I would have preferred a free USB C adaptor or two — as there are no USB C slots.They are inexpensive on Amazon.ca but still an extra step.
