Absolute trash, useless computer
This thing comes completely useless with Windows S mode enabled. When you try to change to normal windows it just fails. Lenovo is absolute garbage and I’ll never buy their products again.

It’s good enough
I have this laptop, it’s good enough for everything and getting work done on the go. The convertible feature is really nice when I’m watching a movie on this laptop on my bed and I can fold it and place it on my belly. The screen is nice and vibrant
Cons
– as someone else said, you have to get rid of the Windows S mode
– ram is soldered, cannot upgrade
– no backlight keyboard
– there are security screws when you’re trying to upgrade the SSD/NVMe drive
Pros
– screen is bigger 1920×1200 instead of the usual 1920×1080
– responsive touch screen only mode where if you fold the screen backwards, the mousepad is disabled with 80-90% reliability. The on-screen keyboard and touchscreen is good enough.
– I can upgrade the SSD myself (for anyone wondering, I’m using a WD Black 1 TB NVMe drive which replaces the original 256 GB OEM drive, but you need the security screwdriver like one needed to open some Apple products).
– CPU is meh, but it doesn’t get hot enough to make your hands sweat on the keyboard while you’re typing or working for an extended period of time. This is a huge plus.
– battery life is fine, I can get about 4-5 hours or so. I haven’t measured it but I can benchmark if anyone requests.
– got this from Costco and easily goes on sale for $400 with a 2nd year warranty.
In terms of gaming, don’t have a lot of expectations, since it’s a very compact laptop and cannot dissipate heat properly. I had the laptop on a laptop-cooler and played shadow gambit the cursed crew, but the CPU throttles after 45-60 min of playing. The cooler makes a little bit of difference, but not massively.
Aug 2024 Update:
Recently I got this back from repairs when it returned from Costco Warranty Repairs, and they said they will wipe the data. I don’t know if this is specific for Costco laptop or computer repairs or Lenovo thing, because this trend has been around for several years now with Apple. Any small issue with the iPhone logic board or the motherboard and they will replace the internal hardware completely but wipe the customer data.
