Great price
I could have paid a lot more for a laptop with fewer features. It has plenty of capacity to run business software and simple games. It also streams well

So far so good. Great value and quick delivery
This computer was supposed to be delivered on Saturday but UPS sent a note toward the end of the day that it would not be delivered instead of the 16th but the 20th. It arrived on the 18. In looking at the packaging it looks as if the seller did ship over night, but UPS was slow based on what I could tell. The specs were great on this computer and packaged well. I wanted to give an update since we have had this for a week. Its working great. And really love the bigger specs on this one with 64GB. I would buy from this supplier again.

I finally got it!
I received this laptop last week. So far so good. It’s processes fast. The large screen 17.3 inches is very nice. I have wanted a large touchscreen for years now I finally have it. The battery is just not impressive. It’s not heavy. Very slim and sleek. Love the rose gold color. Back lit keyboard is also nice. And the fingerprint reader is a unique added feature. I’m pleased with it.

Nice computer… however…
Everything started up as you would expect. Really nice machine. It’s not a gaming PC but it’s fast enough for office duty. One little problem. I worked diligently for 6 hours to get the sound to work. The machine reported that it had no audio device attached. I build Desktops for fun. I know my way around a PC. I almost sent it back. Probably just a glitch but the product page on amazon did warn that this PC is sent back often. This is next day and it seems to be working OK. I had to search for long time for the right drivers. It doesn’t say it’s a software issue it stated no audio device indicating HW prob. OK for now… HP assistant diagnostic helped…

Battery & Specs
I purchased this laptop, and the 1st time returned it due to the battery draining quickly, like the 2nd day. I bought another thinking it’s just a manufacturer issue. Nope! Got the 1nd one and it did the same. I mean dying within 30-40 min of playing a game. I understand when playing a game the battery will drain at a faster pace, but not that quick. I’m no fool, and I’m not oblivious to the fact that something was wrong. So instead of returning it, still thinking it’s a manufacturer issue, I call HP. Well, the news was not good! Apparently, I was sold a laptop that had been modified. The processor, ram and SSD had all been “upgraded” and the laptop sold with those specs, but it was manufactured for only 8GB, 2TB. Thus, the battery was performing for what was manufactured, not “upgraded” and could not handle the taks being performed. The description said NOTHING about a modification to the laptop and is being sold as new. The manufacture warranty has been voided due to those modifications. That’s false advertisement and is misleading.

Impresive Laptop
This is an impressive laptop, arrived as planned, unfortunately did not keep it because the 17 inches screen was too big to carry it inside the backpack . For an office laptop to keep it most of the time on the desk would work perfectly

Very nice
Changing PC can be stressful, but this has worked out well. No issues.
