Smooth, fast, stylish – great value
I was skeptical at the price point and an All-in-One (AIO) as my past experience was 50/50.I purchased an additional 16gb and found a video on the installation instructions – took less than 10 minutes even watching the video.Starts up very quickly and is very responsive.The keyboard is a bit flimsy, but works well.Family loves it.Screen is beautiful – crisp, great colors, large.

Computer works – missing keyboard dongle
So far the computer is working fine. However, out of the box there was no keyboard dongle so I connect the wireless keyboard. The only option is to return the whole computer which is unacceptable. All I need is the dongle.

Lacking instruction
I am not a computer geek. So I had to Google instructions on how to turn it on and off. I’m a senior citizen and my last computer (10 years old) had complete diagrams. Once I figured it out, it is fine

I love this computer. The delivery was very fast and the packaging was great. It took just a few minutes to set everything up.
