Worth the money
Excellent sound quality. 12 hour battery life when fully charged. Comfortable to wear.Negatives: heavier than I anticipated. Volume at startup is too loud. A bit bulky when you have to bundle up in colder weather.Even with the negatives, the device is great. I like it.

I like it, but could use a couple improvements.
First off, this idea is amazing – a bluetooth speaker you wear, that’s not in your ears. It stays on for most activities, but I wouldn’t jog with it. The sound is very good – but I noticed that if you move it closer to your ears, it sounds better. To me, that means they didn’t optimize the sound to be perfect at a distance of 6″ or so from your ears where the neck speaker will almost always be. I’d like to see that improved on a future version. Also, I noticed my battery seems to die quicker than the advertised time – maybe I have it too loud, or I’m too far from the source? Other than that, I love the speaker and packaging.

These headphones are perfect for working in. I used them in a factory and they sound great even with loud machines around you. They stay charged for quite awhile and they fit so great around your neck. I would definitely buy this again!

Volume issues even for the low price. Not worth it.
The neckband was comfortable to wear but the sound quality wasn’t great even for the low-ish price. The main problem I noticed was with the volume. The volume jumps from low to too loud, no in between. It also doesn’t remember the volume setting so if you turn it off at the right setting, when you turn it back on the volume is up high enough that it can be heard from the next room over like a regular speaker. I ended up returning the product.

I was skeptical, but this thing is amazing
I primarily bought these for gaming, as I wear glasses and headphones give me a headache. My favorite ear buds finally died, and newer ones just aren’t cutting it, so I gave this thing a shot.The sound quality is amazing. I was worried I’d be able to noticeably tell the speakers were below my ears, but honestly, they may as well be floating on either side of my head. It’s incredible. The sound has incredible range, decidedly more bass than anything else I’ve used, and a richness to it that lets me enjoy my games to their fullest.I can’t recommend these enough.

Second time ordering. First pair lasted a couple of years before battery life was down to 30 minutes. Bought second pair and battery life is about 1and a half Wonât being buying again

I’m thoroughly enjoying my new Monster Boomerang! I’ve never owned anything from Monster but I know the brand enough to purchase a speaker system. This time around I decided to treat myself to a neck speaker. If I may also add, I’m a pretty big audiophile. I have owned earphones, headphones and speakers ranging from Koss to Sony to Bose to Seinheisser. I’m that obsessed. I even bought my current car because of its Bose system (not even kidding).Sound Quality – As a lover of bass, this one definitely does not disappoint. The sound quality is just so crisp and clear. When I try out new speakers my test song is MJ’s Thriller since it has every instrument you can think of on there. And lo, it just met my expectations. And of course now I’m going through so many other songs under different genres. I’ve even played some 8D tracks and WOW!!Comfort – The boomerang sits comfortably around my neck with its flexible rubber exterior. The bass is pumpin’ so much that it’s vibrating on my collar bone but I don’t mind it at all. Mind you, the volume is up pretty high.Volume level – First, yes others will be able to hear what you’re listening to especially at a high volume. If you have it on a low volume setting though, you can probably listen to your music or whatever without anyone else near you being able to hear it. I’d say they’d have to be at least 4 ft from you to be able to really hear it. While it will be great to wear while on your walk/run/ride, you probably won’t be able to really listen to it at a high volume say, on a bus or flight without annoying people. Definitely just be mindful of that if you plan to wear it out in public.Call quality – Used it on a call the other day on Whatsapp. Not sure if it would make a difference if it’s Whatsapp or not but I was told that I sounded a little far away. Note: I was using WiFi and was at home during the call.

Im replacing my earphones for these now. Way better then having earphones on loud (which i usually like my metal music loud). These will not cause hearing damage for me as its playing music outside of my ears unlike earphones.

I was pleasantly surprised by the sound quality, I’d say it sounds almost as good as my 450$ Bose QC35II and for a small fraction of the price (I got 2 at 59.99CA$). It sounds more open than any headphones I’ve tried and the soundstage can appear bigger than the room you’re in which I think is what they mean by 3D sound, it’s still just stereo though. It’s possible to listen to music quietly enough that people standing next to you at a normal distance won’t hear much, but there’s no isolation, so the volume they’d perceive is about half as loud as what the wearer hears.Now to the most disapointing fact: my first full charge lasted me only about 5 hours at a reasonable listening volume. a far cry from the advertised 12. It might get slightly better in the next charge or two, but I wouldn’t count on it as I see it’s s common point in other reviews.
