Great value and performance
I purchased two of these units. Got both set-up and to my liking and on my existing T-Mobile network in no time flat. OK, one hitch and it is a HUGE one. When you turn it on, whatever language it is you won’t be able to read. Fear not, the smaller button on that splash screen after you hit the first NEXT, that smaller button is for language selection list. Once past that initial shock of “Yikes, I can’t read anything” setup went very smooth and data and applications transfers took place without a hitch. I am very satisfied with these phones and seem to be a good value and performance balance. Note to the wise: Do your homework regarding your network and compatibility with this phone. No issue with T-Mobile, that I can vouch for. They are factory international unlocked dual sim capable. Thus, you cannot add memory card for increased on-phone capacity. [I chose to purchase two phones as opposed to using the dual sim capabilities of this phone so I did not have “all my eggs in one basket” as the proverbial saying goes. This solves any two step website authentication issues if using the “local” phone to transact bank business and the bank sending a SMS to my USA phone number] Also, get my local phone stolen while traveling and yet still have my USA phone hopefully safely in another location. Pluses and minuses to the two phones one sim or one phone two sims. GREAT PRODUCT!

The phone was defective and wouldn’t make calls or send texts.
He sold me a defective phone that didn’t work. I bought 3 different Sim cards 2 phone cases . Two different phone IT technicians from Verizon and AT&T tried to make the phone work with the Sim cards but it wouldn’t and now he’s saying I returned it back damaged which isn’t true. I never got to even use the phone. I mailed back in the original box by UPS just as I received with 2 labels as requested. Then he said he didn’t have the pin, I gave him that. He never said anything about the phone being damaged then because it wasn’t. He only refunded me $42.90 on a $389.00 phone . He said he kept the rest for a restocking fee which isn’t my responsibility and when I confronted him now he’s trying to say I sent back dated which is false. I couldn’t even open the jpg pics he sent me. If the pics is damaged it’s not the one I purchased and returned just as I received. I do have a Supervisor named Bosh helping me to try and get my full refund, but this seller is being dishonest. I’ve been a long time customer with Amazon and never had the hassle I’ve experienced with Integron Technologies.

It works in the US
I was concerned after reading some negative reviews that suggested the phone didn’t work in the US, the reviews said it couldn’t receive calls and everything went into voicemail. The first thing I did was called the phone – I use Ultra Mobile, which is the T-Mobile network – it worked then after doing one update to the phone, it went into voicemail. I checked for any more updates and there was another to the system. After doing this the phone worked fine for sending and receiving calls and text. I called England no problem, the calls are clear. Phone is quick and for the price gives me everything I need in a phone, looks good and feels good. Clear bright screen even in sunlight. Camera is a bit grainy when zooming in on a photo, but I haven’t experimented with it enough yet. All in all great phone……I’ll revisit the reviews in say 3 months after use.

US Mobile Phone Carrier Problems
Once I got the phone it was working good on AT&T but after about a month AT&T the phone stopped working due to model number is not on AT&T list of phones it supports in 5G upgrade which has been very painful to many of AT&T customers. This even after extensive tries by an AT&T retail store clerk whom tried very hard with phone center customer service.So with phone not working on AT&T I went to T-Moble and after a test with T-Mobile sim card I then changed carriers. The phone was working great until my old AT&T number was imported & even after many efforts by the T-Mobile store clerk to try to rectify a problem all incoming calls go direct to voice mail.I can make calls & use data OK but cannot receive. (Currently I have calls forwarding to another number)I went to U-Break I Fix store & the clerk there says I probably need to reset the phone to manufacturer settings & re-upload all phone updates to see if will work? Still have not done that yet do to it is time consuming…..

Estaba cansado de que mi mujer estuviera siempre con problemas con los Xiaomi, OnePlus, etc … que si no hay actualizaciones, que si el menú falla, que si la cobertura se pierde, que las apps base de google no funcionan, etc …Samsung es el iPhone de los Android.

Conforme à la description, le portable est bien en Français ! Je suis impressionné par la qualité de la gamme Samsung Galaxy série A !
