Failed twice
I bought a computer from these guys and the hard drive corrupted within 100 days. I called their customer service and started the return process which seemed painless enough. I got an RMA but had to pay $60 to ship it back to them. I thought fine, itâs the cost of doing business. I got the replacement computer a week later and fired it up. The screen has a terrible refresh rate and looks like a TV looking for signal in 1993. Itâs also slower than the first one and already had issues computing any data. I emailed support back and told them of my issues. It has been 2 weeks since I sent that email an no one has responded. I have called the company and had my âcall dropâ several times. I will be taking this up with Amazon customer support as well as the BBB. Not only did I get 2 defective computers but I also had to pay out of pocket for shipping to them to only receive another damaged product. Do not buy from this seller at all.

En general, es un buen equipo y muy llamativo.
En cuanto a asuntos de escuela/oficina, va a las millas. Para jugar Sims 4 hay que hacer ciertos ajustes porque no corre muy rápido, pero es porque tengo sobre 500 y eso ralentiza cualquier equipo. Lo de los periferales en RGB me encanta! El sonido em bocinas no es alto y claro, por lo que sugiero utilizar audÃfonos. En fin, para asuntos básicos e intermedios va muy bien.

Listing is misleading due to incomplete info
First, this may or may not be a good price for the machine, since some basic info is just not included. Some of the details are just wrong, like the screen size. There are some red flags though:1. Apple did not make any intel based iMacs that were 22″. The two screen sizes available are 21.5″ and 27″.2. Every model since the Mid 2011 had i5 & i7 options. The last model using intel processors was 2020. That means this iMac is somewhere between 4 and 13 years old.Apple makes fantastic machines that hold up well, as long as you know what you are buying this could be a great deal. But since you have no way of knowing if it’s even compatible with the latest MacOS version, there is a certain amount of risk if this machine will meet your needs. I’d ask for details in any case.

I like this computer. It’s my first AIO. There are a couple things I don’t care for, like: Can’t upgrade to windows 11 because the processor isn’t right and I have to use a ethernet cord to connect to the internet because the wifi is slow. It doesn’t bug me enough to return the computer or not like it so I am keeping it 5 out of 5.
