Good features, excellent laptop
I highly recommend this laptop. I purchased one for work and will be buying another for home use. It has good hard drive space, RAM, and as many USB ports as I could find for a reasonable price. It’s so much faster than the 2015 Dell Inspiron it replaced.

Great price for what you’re getting. Arrived fast.
Mine arrived two days earlier than expected ship date. That was a nice surprise. Getting it set up was simple. My profiles with Microsoft, Google, made it easy to get everything back from my old one. This shipped double boxed. The laptop came in a regular HP box lined with foam, and that was inside a cardboard box. My box was smashed in one of the corners, but the couriers/deliveryperson is at fault for that, not the seller. There is no internal CD/DVD drive installed, so you will need to buy an external one if you have any software that needs installation from CDs or plan on using the laptop to watch DVDs. With McAfee, Discord, MS Teams open in the background, this laptop still runs very quickly.

I haven’t really had it long enough to give a good review. Maybe later. I am impressed with the speed and the quality of the picture. I almost sent it back because the mouse pad wasn’t working, but then I realized that i had to have weight on either side of the pad with my wrists before it works. Never seen that before. I’m having a few challenges with the touch screen. It doesn’t seem to work smoothly. I haven’t tried to recalibrate it yet. So, all in all, I’m satisfied with the performance and very happy with its weight. The last 17″ HP I had weighed almost 6lbs. The truth is, I really hate having to work on a laptop . . . hoping this one will change my mind just a little.
