Excelente duracion de la baterÃa
Llegó en muy buenas condiciones, solo tiene un pequeño rañon en la pantalla que si se ve contra la luz la pantalla apagada si se nota. Por lo demas el equipo es tal cual constan en las especificaciones detalladas. Vista en persona es una laptop muy bonita, y por el precio realmente no parece que fuera de segunda, realmente hacen un muy buen trabajo. En cuanto funcionamiento va espectacular, y la bateria puede durar segun su uso mas de 4 horas, segun las configuraciones hasta 12 horas con un uso modesto, viendo videos 8 horas. El cargador que me llegó es de 65W parece original, vino con todos los plásticos como nuevo.

I bought this product as a gift for my preteen for Christmas. So, far it has been a great investment and he is able to use it with any gaming download. I would recommend this product for anyone and everyone who is looking for a way to save and not have to spend so much money.

Hard Pass – Buyer Beware
I did NOT purchase this product as it might be a SCAM or USED/refurbished product. Many misspellings in product pages that obviously didn’t come from DELL. Several configurations/upgrades are offered that are NOT offered officially by DELL (e.g.,AMD Ryzen 7 processor with greater than 16 MB RAM or greater than 1 TB Hard Drive). Looking at other reviews, issues have occurred where products don’t appear to be new and there have been issues with authenticating Microsoft office products which could mean software is pirated.

Disappointed!
I purchased this laptop with all good configuration in Aug 2022 and also kept it safe and away from any physical damage and also installed regular updates from the servers, but the laptop still crashed for some unknown reason and I have to send it to dell again for the repairs after paying $59 and it has been discovered to have an extensive damage out of nowhere. I am seriously disappointed with the laptop and didn’t expected this to happen in such a short span of time. Not recommending anyone to buy this.

Besoin d’un grand écran pour utiliser 2 fenêtres en même temps: le 17″ est parfait ; le tactile permet d’aller plus vite aussi pour les retouches photos…Seul défaut à mon goût, c’est la brillance de l’écran et pour éviter les reflets je dois donc orienter l’ordi à contre jour. Petite contrainte certes…

1 jour d’utilisation et je n’arrive pas à finir de configurer code erreur etc …”votre appareil ne dispose pas de correctifs de qualité et de sécurité importants”Moralité la mise à jour ne se fait pas ..et c’est la grosse galèreJ’ai pris ce modèle pour être tranquille …pas trop vieux pas trop nouveau.Très déçue je vais devoir l’amener chez un pro ou le renvoyer
