Pros: Set up easily, is fast.Cons: keyboard keys are gray on black, hard to see keyboard is bulky, didn’t care for lighting monitor has a lot of glare in a light room, not an anti-glare screenAm swapping out keyboard, and looking into anti-glare screen.

It’s a very good computer, very pleasing to the eye. The only problem I have with it is that it’s incompatible with the windows 11 upgrade. I honestly thought I grabbed the windows 11 PC but unfortunately I didn’t. Besides that little hiccup, it runs smoothly.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my mom. I found a different one for her, and decided instead of returning this product, I would use it. I tried setting it up, it took less than 5 minutes to hook it up. The problem was that it never turned on to start setting up. I tried contacting the it department to see if i needed to do something else, but they were closed. I left it be, did other things and came back to it an hour in a half later and it was still on the same screen as i left it! Do not buy
