Probably one of the best $50 headsets on the market right now
I have some Edifier speakers on my desk currently. The sound is quality for a good price. These headphones are much the same. I typically use these when at my desk listening to music during work or gaming. The sound profile is not perfect but holds up. My music is typically bass heavy hip hop, rock or pop. I am not an audiophile or anything but I threw away a $150 pair of gaming headphones in the trash when i got these. I use them on usb when in the office and have listened to a full album in wireless mode through my phone and notice no difference in quality. There is no case so I have just been storing them in my bag so maybe even a soft drawstring would help me. I got the brown model as a review unit for the meme because obviously not many people would pick it and… Its bad. It is an ugly orange brown. I do not recommend it. I like it for the charm of it but the team should def rework this color because its off-putting. Kinda looks like a pumpkin spice latte. The app must be connected to adjust any settings. It has a slimmed down EQ and you can create and download other peoples EQs. The high noise cancellation is noticed by my ears and feels like pressure. I am typically sensitive to noise cancellation but its worth noting. For such a slimmed down app it seems a little unnecessary but that could just be for this device and some features may require a more premium model.Pros:LightCheapDecent price to sound quality ratioCons:Ear cuffs do not breath well. It gets rather sweaty during long term use.Drivers are basically visible through the mesh in the ear cuffsNot much privacy when listening.Voice calls sound clear but are microphone quality on the receiving persons end is muddy and worse than my Samsung Pro2 earbuds.

One of the best quality for cost
Lots of competing headphones in current price range ($50 end of 2024). Edifier has established themselves as a good consumer brand, as far as I’m aware. The good:- Solid build quality. Pads and headband are high quality and really comfortable.- The controls are intuitive and easy to tell apart. I’ve had headphones where the buttons were hard to tell apart. Edifier got these right.-Battery life is plenty long. I like them on medium noise cancellation (instead of high) to keep a little longer battery life. I have another pair of headphones that has considerably longer battery life, but it hasn’t really felt like an improvement on those, since these last long enough. Besides…-I currently have these running over USB to my laptop, so I’m getting higher quality lossless audio while using noise cancellation, and I only have to carry one USB C to USB C cable.- Detail and clarity is really good with these headphones.-The tone of these headphones is quite impressive with only one quirk that I’ve noticed (see below). The okay:-Sound profile has a slight edgy/present sound profile. Usually, that makes things sound more exciting or clear, but some content can sound a little more brittle. Most headphones I have tried have more issues than this, so I’m pretty impressed. The extra presence is more just a unique quirk of these headphones. They’ve been pretty enjoyable. The bad:- These headphones can only be used over Bluetooth or as a USB audio device. Some devices are only compatible with aux headphones. These work great with my USB C phone, tablet and laptop. Last I checked, the Nintendo Switch is not compatible with USB audio devices. Devices like that, you’ll only be able to connect these with Bluetooth. For many, that won’t be an issue at all. Just a heads up for the few who need both aux and Bluetooth. These are USB C audio and Bluetooth.Overall, I think these are some of the highest quality headphones in their price range. Others might have a slightly cleaner sound profile, or better battery life, or fancier audio codecs, or a more premium build, but usually there are other tradeoffs for the upgrades. Edifier seems to have done a good job at hitting good quality all around. These might be the best overall quality for cost headphones I’ve tried.

Great over ear headset, good bluetooth connection, decent noise cancelling
Setup for these headphones was simple. They quickly paired my phone. After initial pairing they automatically connected when turned on again. I like that they have a wireless and wired connection. They won’t leave my high and dry if the battery runs out. I didn’t use them long enough to test the battery length, so I can’t comment on that. The active noise cancelling seems to work well. Not as well as my AirPods Pro to Bose over the ear headset, but for the price I didn’t expect that. The buttons on the right side are responsive and easy to use.I got the brown color. It isn’t the most attractive color, but I was looking for functionality not fashion. Admittedly, color is personal preference. All in all, these are solid headphone and very gift worthy. They are going under the tree for my son for Christmas.

Very comfortable, ANC works well
These headphones work very well for how much they cost. I was surprised at how comfortable they are to wear for extended periods of time. They are lightweight and the foam earpads are soft and conforming.Over the ear headphones usually do a good job of blocking external noise even without active noise cancellation (ANC). When you power on these headphones, the ANC brings the noise down to another level. The sound quality is good for how much these cost. The bass is present but not boomy, unlike some other name brand headphones. If you are looking for a bass beast, these arenât for you. If you want to listen to some music and block out outside noise at a great price, then these are for you.The opinion of the brown/tan color is subjective so Iâll let the purchaser decide. The only issue I have so far is that the app (Edifer Connect) doesnât display this headset on their app so it cannot be used at this time.

These are good for daily use, but I wouldn’t use them for gaming/tv/film or editing. Bass is kind of flat feeling. Comfortable to wear and easy to use.

I quite enjoy using these headphones, and while they don’t compare to my much more expensive ones, they still have a pretty decent sound to them.I am a big fan of a true neutral sound, and I find a lot of headphones go for the V sound, which these do go for a bit too, a bit heavy on the lows and highs, however with the EQ setting in the app I was able to adjust it to my taste without any real concessions.Build quality is pretty great, the plastic does have a slightly less appealing feel to it in my opinion, but it does not feel cheap and flimsy which is fine with me.The ear pads and top band are quite comfortable and I can wear them for a very long time without getting uncomfortable. The Bluetooth audio quality is great, there’s no noticeable compression in the audio transmission and I’ve not had any drop outs or problems connecting upon turning them on.Battery life is also great, I have been using them heavily for a month now and only had to charge them once, while I can’t exactly measure it out I would say I easily got somewhere between 40 and 45 hours before having to charge them, which is pretty accurate to what is claimed.Overall I enjoy these a lot, they’re comfortable, they sound good and the EQ customization is intuitive and battery life is more than perfect, I would happily give them a glowing recommendation, they’re really solid budget headphones
