Best refurbished Intel Core 8th Gen i7 laptop I’ve seen on Amazon
Being a tech guy, I’m picky about laptop feature set and this Dell does not disappoint. It is a remarkable value with the specs that it comes with at this amazing price point.All specs described were accurate and it was in excellent condition. This is a 5 year old dell laptop and it honestly looks as new as my 2 year old laptop.I did immediately upgrade the SSD to 1tb; OS to Win 11 Pro. This was a must for my use case, but you really don’t need to for general business use.The sound from these speakers is the best I have ever heard on a laptop.I bought a battery when I ordered the laptop based on the AI generated comment feedback, but it appears that this was replaced prior to shipping.If you were in the market for a laptop and budget was $300.00 – 350.00 you cannot go wrong purchasing this device. A new device in this price range will barely get you 1/4 of this functionality.

After setup Defender noted multiple viruses (virii?) and had to do an offline scan and then a full scan to get rid of all the stuff befor it would run clean

Excellent refurbished Dell computer at a great price! Had a slight problem with a couple of keys, called the refurbish company, talked to a person who talked me through how to correct the problem — success! Love the size, the touch screen, and that it can fold backwards.

It’s good for what I need.
I’m a little confused as to why it claims to have 256gb ssd when there is actually only 237gb. But what’s 19gb? To some it’s allot. And as the image shows… it’s not due to the system files taking them up because the duel files are 30.6gb and they are taken from the 237gb account. Other than that, I’ve had no problems. It was already set up, so I didn’t go through the set up process but it’s OK with me. But if you’re not on worth that then I’m sure you could rest it somehow. I’ve not had a problem with it yet. It’s worth it.

Bought this for our son during his junior year of college as his old laptop died. Was hesitant to by a renewed laptop but took a chance, especially considering the price. He could not be happier and has stated several times how well it works and how much he likes it. I know a lot of folks analyze every aspect of a laptop when they review them but, he is just a college student that needs a fast, reliable laptop. This one is that. He is a chemistry major and loves the 2-in-1 feature and often uses a stylus to draw out chemical equations, etc. In short, it works, and he is happy.

I hated to send this back because it’s a great laptop for a great price. But the fact is I didn’t want or need just a laptop. I was looking for a tablet that could double as a laptop in a pinch and thought a 2-in-1 was the answer. It’s not. For anyone else who was thinking the same thing, save your time and money and buy an Amazon Fire 11 with the keyboard case. That’s where I settled for about $60 less than I paid for this, and I’m thrilled.

Llevo ya aproximadamente un mes con el equipo y me ha funcionado de maravilla para el trabajo y el uso personal, la pila sin conectar me rinde unas 6 horas de uso continuo con la pantalla encendida y carga súper rápido, pude actualizar a Windows 11 y el touch es muy precioso, he podido correr Studio One y se defiende bastante bien, los colores están ideales y es muy fácil de transportar por su tamaño, llego sin detalles.

Devolveré el artÃculo debido a que tiene dañada una bocina, realmente es un equipo estupendo, me gustó mucho y no lo querÃa devolver pensé en hacer la reparación yo mismo, pero no lo aré debido a que es un equipo renovado que supuestamente un equipo de personas evaluó, tarde varios dÃas en darme cuenta del daño debido a que el volumen al 70% se escucha bien, solo que hoy al subir el volumen una bosnia cartonea, no batallaré con esto pero sin duda pensaré en una Dell latitude.
