Two Tablets Freezing After 15 Minutes
Ordered two of these tablets and they both reliably freeze after about 15 minutes of use. Only fix is a reboot.Edit: One functioned long enough to allow dell support assist to install drivers. Tested for 10 hours straight without any issues after this. Other tablet is still freezing immediately on login.

This product appears to be brand new. No scuffs, scratches or signs of visible wear or use. Powers up, two batteries and works as just from the factory. I’m so happy with this, thank you and will be buying another soon!

Processor specs not as advertised, not Bluetootu equipped.
This tablet arrived in very good cosmetic shape, charged up fine, but thereâs no Bluetooth chip installed, and the processor specs were a step or two below as advertised. Returning for refund.

I’m being extremely lenient here in not returning this item because the specifications of the tablet I received are very different than advertised. The kicker:From the listing: Intel Core i5-8350U (3.60GHz, 4 Cores)What I received: Intel Core i5-7300U (2.60 GHz, 4 Cores)From the advertised condition, the Excellent rating indicates that the remaining battery capacity is at least 80%, however one battery is reporting 67.4% (not current charge, but percent of new rated capacity), and the other is reporting 79.5% – neither would pass the standard. Fortunately these appear to be easily available and not too expensive so I may order a couple depending on how long the battery lasts in normal use. However these should have been replaced before it was shipped.Also there are 65W and 45W adapters for this model. I received a 45W adapter and initial charging was quite slow. Not sure if a 65W adapter would have helped this. It appears to only charge one battery at a time.Other discrepancies:Listing says “No webcam”, but it has two webcams, front and rear. Untested, YMMV.After installing the appropriate Dell driver update utility for rugged devices, it is reporting is has a GPS module.The serial port, which I believed was standard from other experiences with these devices, is just a plastic blanking cover. Annoying but I have USB to serial adapters – but remember this device only has one USB A and one USB C port. It does not include a keyboard so that will require a port as well…The screen is fairly good resolution for the size, but this makes using the touchscreen awkward unless you increase the display scaling, and some applications do not behave well when scaled. At least one application already has me flipping back and forth on the scaling setting. An acceptable compromise, I guess.

Ordered to act as a heavy equipment/engine diagnostic software carrier. This refurbished unit came functioning with only 1 minor blemish at the top of the case. My latitude 5424 toughbook has lasted 3 years in an outdoor, field, equipment repair environment through dust rain and abuse. I believe this unit will hold up the same. The touchscreen makes it much more user friendly in the field and less cumbersome than a unit with a keyboard. Only con is the included 45w charger. The unit charges slow and sometimes has a charger error “unrecognizable”. Easily overcome by purchasing a higher watage replacement charger. Would by again.
