Working great and no issues
I ordered this and I received a piece that looks like open box with few dents on the stainless steel door and broken plastic piece inside from the filter holder. I reported to Amazon and they refunded partial and asked me if I want to keep. The item had to performance problems since day 1. Still using daily the hot, cold and room temperature water dispensed by this machine.

Bought it and use it not even a month then not working
I bought this water dispenser on Mid June 2023 and the water cooler was working for couple days after few refills it started not working. I had refill the bottle tried reset button and close it multiple times the water tank is just not functioning the pumping device is not pumping the water. I had to do the refill step multiple times and pray to make it work. If youâre lucky 2 or 3 couple times will finally start pumping if not it can last for couple days not working and the steps repeats the light still blinking red. This is the most frustrating refill process I ever done, every time the light start blinking I am starting to get anxious and hoping this time I wonât have to see the flashing red light again. Seriously, how would a productâs water pumping not pumping for using within a year?how can you tell me this product is not having a defect? or just freaking send me a new one I am fine to return and replace a new one since I have a year warranty. I have contacted the customer service and I described the issues Iâm having multiple times with different associates from them. There are no technicians will help you out, theyâll tell you to do the reset button after refilling and even one of the associates said immediately without checking that itâs a clog issue. Iâm like okâ¦? and is going to send a filter and after a month from that ticket I received nothing not the filter and the issue is still not resolved. I have asked all of them can I replace this water dispenser because I do like the product but itâs just not pumping water and dispense it! But no, they will try any kind of way to close the ticket as soon as possible and not really dealing with your problems until great be or repeat the same thing I have got from them. I have asked for the video chat and scheduled and no show from them. The customer service they provided is awful, and the phone number they provided after you call youâll just get voice mail asking you to email them, and by the way emailing them are extremely slow. Please just fix this product I bought ok? I havenât even use this for 6 months and I just want a fully functioning product not asking the user to keep pressing reset button and close the door praying the pumping works. If I canât get proper help what is the use of this one year warranty? And I literally just freaking bought it 3 months ago. The filter should last for 6 months right? I donât get it really, seriously, please be aware this is the worst product I ever bought on amazon.

Completely satisfied
I am so glad that I went with this model. My wife and I decided, as part of our diet, that we would drink more water daily. My kids are strange and prefer water to juice or pop as well. I figured as much water as we would be drinking, I would be making numerous trips to the store for jugs, or have to sign up for a plan at a bottled water supplier. That would add up. We’ve had this thing for a few weeks and I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had to fill up the jug. I definitely am saving money using my own water. Our water from the tap isn’t bad anyway, so the filtration makes it crisp and refreshing. After you dispense some water, the filtration kicks in and is a little noisy, but generally that process only takes 10-15 seconds per glass. The dispensing buttons feel a little flimsy when pressed, but they are easy to press down with little effort. I like the stainless steel and black finish look, although it does leave marks which have been fairly easy to clean. So far, I am impressed with this machine. And, I saw a fellow just the other day carrying 3 empty water jugs into the store to be refilled – I am so glad not to be that guy!

Recommend!
I would strongly recommend this product, for the product and the customer service!!Although the filters are on the pricey side and have to go through 5 gallons of water just to get rid of the “new” smell/taste we have been very satisfied.Six months in, the machine had a stroke and the pump wouldn’t stop, after unplugging it and plugging it back in the pump was very loud in the beginning ang then it sounded like it was dying, taking waaay to long to refill the internal tank.. however the customer support help me troubleshoot it and when we followed all the steps they determined the machine was to be replaced which was done immediately!

Had it for 2 years no complaints.
Dentist office water color for patients and team members. My team uses it the most and to be honest it just now started to taste like the filters arenât working. I just logged on to get new filters and thought I would leave the review. Hot and cold (and cool) work great. A couple months ago it was acting up, just unplugged it and back in, and worked fine. It ever dies I will definitely use again. Highly recommend.

Broken Upon Arrival
DO NOT BUY: So extremely disappointed with this product. I was looking forward to upgrading my water dispenser this year. My previous one didnât have filters like this one and it is supposed to be higher quality. First thing I noticed was that the door to close the water jug in was completely busted. I thought maybe I needed to add a screw during the set up but it does not say anything about that. Does not close at all, it seems there is supposed to be a piece on the top left that connects the door to the container but must have been made of cheap plastic and broke off during transit. Even so, that just goes to show the lack of quality and design into this machine. I thought, okay I can try to fix it and not waste anyoneâs time because I already broken open the box to set it up and read all the instructions. But once I applied the water filters and left the machine to sit for 24 hours, and did the flushing procedure to create the âhigh qualityâ tasting water, the water tasted that crap. Yes it was hot, or cold depending on the button pushed but water tasted absolutely terrible, worse than when it was in the original water jug. I was super excited for this purchase but I am forced to return it and get one from another place (Home Depot). Waste of time and Waste of money. DO NOT BUY. If I could leave 0 stars, I would.
