I have owned two, Outstanding device. I am buying my third pair.
MiPiece is exactly what I wanted for motorcycle riding & at work. I owned an early version & ripped out the wire (my fault) when a wire was stuck under a toolbox. They are very durable & tough. The second pair I owned are the above, with replacement plugs. I abuse them & take them off & on constantly & they stand up to factory mechanic work & motorcycle riding. I have never used the replacement plugs. I have pulled on the wires very hard & never pulled them out nor damaged them except the first pair & that was beyond ridiculous & my fault.The 2nd pair: a few times I was sure I damaged the wires but never did. The plugs/wires are designed to pull out of the neck piece & I have never even done that by accident.Sound quality is fine & not what I bought them for. They are not Bose, but sound quality for music is good/better than expected! I wanted to cut out wind noise on the motorcycle & hear my audio books or music (I have never kept track of the exact time the batteries lasted, but I know the amount of battery life was at least what I listed below because I do not want to exaggerate).Battery for audio books is greater than 14+ hours; for music is at least 8-9+ hrs. They are great for OSHA work requirements & gives me a needed rest from noise earmuffs.No M/C helmet speaker system can compete with MiPiece (seriously), because this product cuts out the wind noise, I don’t have to turn up the sound because the wind is not competing. It is also so nice to cut out the wind & makes riding very enjoyable without that darn wind. This also keeps the decibels down to avoid hearing loss. I got rid of my helmet speaker system & will never use helmet speakers again. I recommend them to everyone riding bikes & battery life is outstanding. MiPiece DOES NOT interfere with the helmet-ear-fit & have no ear pain like wireless earbuds do.My second pair got lost or stolen, but I will always buy MiPiece & the price is great in comparison to the competition. Good enough. Kind of.
Pros:Decent enough sound quality for what they are.Good noise isolation/hearing protection.Good battery life.Cons:If you plan on wearing these at work and you move around a bit, they will almost assuredly get ripped out of the connector with the lightest of pulls. This eventually degraded the connector on the neck band enough that I had to twist the ear piece connection around and angle it to get any audio.Since it rips out so easily, if there are periods you have to work without them in, they will fall out of the connector and you will lose them. No resistance means you won’t feel it when it falls out.Overall:They’re good enough if you do light activity at work and it’s just background noise you’re worried about. Anything movement intensive and they get very questionable. Any sort of locking mechanism like a tab that you twist into a slot once plugged in would do these things a world of good. They’d still come apart if yanked, but wouldn’t fall out with a light tug.Even just using a 6.35mm audio connector for the individual ear pieces instead of the tiny ring looking one they use would solve 90% of my issues with these. Them getting ripped out and ruining the connectors on the main portion of the headphones is just poor design.I’d give them 3.5 stars if I could, because they’re not “bad”, they just don’t really work for my use case.

Es un producto que conpre para burlarme de mis superiores ,ya que tengo otro producto con supresor de ruido pero como no es un modelo como los tapones auditivos convencional , compre este producto que pasa desapercibido y cumple con la normativa.

Con el tiempo se safan solos y se pierden te quedas solo con módulo inutilizable. Ni en la página oficial se encuentran los respuestos.
