Great little 2 in 1 I got for work.
Really easy to use, lots of stuff came preloaded and I just needed to subscribe to the Microsoft 365 Apps for my business and input my surfshark info. It’s got a pretty good battery, plenty of storage and ram for what I am using it for, especially the marketing portion of my new business and creating the website, which are made so much easier with the touch screen. Really good price and quality in a lightweight package.

Loving This Laptop
Amazon Renewed is the only way to buy a secondary computer — possibly a main computer. “Excellent” condition is spot on in which I only found a very smal cut on the rubber back edge of the screen, which doesn’t in any way affect the functions and over-all appearance. I’ve done the Windows 11 Pro update and installed the apps and shortcuts to fit my uses. The picture on the Amazon site, from which I ordered, resembles a 2014 or so model, but mine is listed on the bottom as made in 2019 and is exactly as the current Dell 3190 2-in-1 laptop. Having two USB ports instead of one USB and one micro-SSD card slot is much better. The 90 day return/refund is a great selling point and a reason I decided to buy this laptop. I am very pleased with the laptop and glad I bought it.UPDATE on 03/22/23My only complaint is the location of the Power Button. Too often, I accidentally press it and the laptop turns off. The button is on the right edge of the keyboard adjacent to the Shift Key. A flush button above the Esc or Delete key would be much better. Maybe Dell will make that adjustment in the next model version.Not that I needed them, but the seller did not include the Document Disks and Quick Reference Guide.

Roman loves it
My grandson loves this laptop. I did my researchfor an eight year old boy, this laptop is second to none. Roman (my grandson) is a typical boy, gets dirty, plays hard, not very careful with electronics.The Dell 3190 is Military Grade and its keeping right up with him.I asked him if he takes it outside with him does heworry about it being stolen, his response was, “Nana please the laptop goes with me to the bathroom. Don’t worry its always with me” I’mconvinced he is happy with it and so am I.You won’t be disappointed. Get it for the child inyour life. Oh and adults can use it too.

This is refurbished laptop not new
I thought it was a new laptop it’s not it happens to be a refurbished laptop, which my laptop I received has a issues with its audio files which makes the audio on it start getting glitchy after a few minutes of use. No update has fixed this issue yet. Can’t find the right file for it. Tried Uninstaller it and reinstalling it no luck. Even installed windows 11 to see if that would fix it no luck. Buy a different laptop not worth the hassle.

Nice little computer …..
This little computer is rated as a notebook but works like a mini laptop ……. very nice ….. I am working now to get Linux on it ……hope that works …… otherwise it is as functional as a laptop . It has USB ports and what looks like a HDMI port . Nice layout of outlets …… AND a TouchScreen ….this is cool. . . although I am using wireless keyboard and mouse on mine. I am really REALLY not a windows fan so it will not get use much as a windows system …..it came with win10 ………..

Doesn’t turn on
So I realize that I shouldve checked to see if it worked when I first got it but I didnt. It is a gift for my daughter’s birthday. It doesn’t work. The battery light doesnt even turn on, at all.

Great value
This is an excellent little laptop. I wanted something that I could carry in a small bag around the city. It needed to be powerful enough for schoolwork but cheap enough that I wonât get too upset if something happens to it. Runs windows 10 like a champ, no TPM module so canât upgrade to 11 but thatâs really fine. I may order another one as a backup!

I bought this product because I wanted an exact clone of one that I had that eventually failed. Following the “Quick Start” sheet that was enclosed, I selected certain options and entered my Microsoft account credentials when prompted— and everything came back. My desktop background, icons— i was operational in 20 minutes.
