Simply functional
Been a while since I got one for personal use. I wasnât looking to break the bank. This was just what I needed. Came with office 365 free for a year. The only thing to make it better is if it had a ss card reader. I did got one for $9. No big deal

Not worth the money
This laptop was extremely slow right out of the box literally. After the initial set up it was still very slow, the operating system just isnât good enough to do basic tasks like open emails and Google chrome. The display also isnât the best, spend a little extra money and get one with a better processor and display. I tried going cheaper and this is definitely not worth the money.

It will not keep a charge. I have to keep it plugged up and it shuts completely off after about 5 minutes.

Received laptop with botched Windows 11 Pro install – unusable
First time I booted the computer on – I immediately received error messages. Windows had not been installed correctly. Thus – it was impossible to use the computer – it wanted to re-install Windows 11 Pro – but I do not have the program to install it. Contacted Amazon for support. Amazon would not arrange for an exchange. I had to return this computer. Then reorder the same computer – now $40 more than when I ordered it 4 days ago. And then when I receive that newly ordered computer I have to contact Amazon again to be refunded the extra $40 dollars I have not spent. Disappointed that the computer received was non-functioning and disappointed Amazon makes getting a replacement such a difficult process.
