Great radiator pressure tester – made in USA. Very easy to use. Worked well with my 1998 Chevy Blazer LS 4 Door
In all honesty, I had not used one of these tools before and it took me a minute to get this one to line up correctly with my 1998 Chevy Blazer’s radiator. I took on the task of replacing the radiator in my Blazer for the first time and I wish I would have bought one of these tools first. I test drove my blazer (made it about 10 miles) and a cooler line came loose and made a real mess and left yours truly, doing the walk of shame back home (covered in yuck) to get the tools needed to get the Blazer running again. My recommendation is to pressure test your vehicle’s radiator in the driveway to save the long walk home. This tool worked very well and provided me with the confidence I needed to take my Blazer back on the road again, without fear of another cooler line coming loose and leaving me stranded or worse – ruining my engine. This tool once lined up correctly with your radiator, is very easy to use and worked well even for an inexperienced wanna be mechanic like me. The molded case for this pressure tester was very good and the documentation was adequate enough for a quick start in this device’s use. The quality of workmanship for this pressure tester is excellent.

    Works fine
This works well but is missing the adaptor for small neck radiators. The attached link is for the adapter to fit my 2003 Subaru Baja.https://a.co/d/58L7rZm

Appears to be a high quality product, but …..
Appears to be a high quality product, but I ordered this for my 2001 Acura MDX, and Amazon said “This fits your: 2001 Acura MDX “. The adapters that ship with the product DO NOT FIT MY CAR. Going off the adapter selector on the MotoRad website, turns out that I needed to purchase:1. 3125 Cooling System Adapter (available on amazon for $76.59)2. 3124 Radiator Cap Adapter (available on amazon for $18.96)Now I am out $157.53, which is on par with several of the radiator test kits that include more adapters. So, if the adapters shipped with the tester fit your car, you are good. However, I would be weary of the Amazon “This fits your:….”. It appears that it ships with the “Motorad 3121 Radiator Cap Adapter” and the “Motorad 3003 Radiator Cap Adapter”. The pressure tester gets 5 stars, the Amazon fit checker and product description get 1 star.
