WOW! A VERY QUIET, VERY EFFICENT 110/120V 20A A/C system at 20 SEER!Before I begin, I promise that I have no connection to this company or vendor what so ever, nor am I receiving any compensation for my evaluation of this product! I am doing so because I am truly impressed with its ability to cool and save me money!This is an amazing unit and after using this exact system for a week, I can vouch for its ease of installation and efficient cooling abilities! ð I replaced a similar size window unit with this mini split system and it is providing twice the cooling as the removed unit. So much so that I was able to remove a second window unit in an adjacent room! Talk about power and money saving for the future!!!I plan on purchasing additional units for other sections of my home!This unit was VERY EASY to install for this DIY guy with a little bit of HVAC and Electrical knowledge and practcle experience!It’s nothing that can’t be easily learned and accomplished by the novice DIYer with good mechanical apptitude.There is a Lot of educational material regarding these needed skills on the internet and always fun when you can say you “Did it Yourself!”Some practicle tool knowledge, Home Construction Knowledge, and a small amount of Electrical and HVAC knowledge is all you need to accomish this instalation quite easily! It might sound like a lot to learn, but in reality, it really isn’t!NOTE:Some areas may require you to obtain a construction permit before installation and may also require Electrical connections be inspected and entergized by a qualified and/or licensed electrician. PLEASE follow your local Requirements and Codes!The tool, Home Construction, and Electrical knowledge will help you avoid making safety mistakes and the HVAC knowledge Operational Mistakes!The Primary TOOL REQUIREMENT that the common DIYer may not have to accomplish this instalation properly is a vacuum pump and an HVAC Hose and Gauge Assembly (sometimes refered to as an Octopus), which is needed to properly evacuate the coolant supply and return lines. About a 15 minute process in the overall installation.Those two required tools can usually be purchased or even rented locally and without much expense!ATTENTIONI am neither a licensed contractor or electrician but merely a well educated Engineer with years of DIY experience as a personal enjoyment!PLEASE do your research about local laws and requirments before taking on the instalation task by yourself.The UNIT was delivered in 5 days from date of purchase, another WOW!The Manufacture Support System is also 5 Star as they quickly responded (Next Day) to my request to replace a shroud that was damaged during shipping. It was neither an operational nor Safety issue, merely cosmetic, and they quickly arranged for its replacement! Even offered to replace the entire unit (Shipping included) if I so desired!I just cannot say enough good things about this product or it’s Manufacturer or Supplier! By far, my BEST online purchasing experience of 2022. Being as isolated as I am, I do a lot of online buying!

Great, inexpensive unit. Wonderful, COLD air
First off I was hesitant about this company. Not a lot of reviews and sort of unknown by my peers, but this was hundreds cheaper than other brands. I ordered the 12000 btu unit and it arrived in 2 big boxes. I believe the shipping company may have shipped it upside-down, as it arrived on its head for the outdoor unit. This is important as after the installation I had some issues.Installation was pretty straightforward and not difficult. The biggest issue was figuring out my homes older wiring process, so I verified with a mulitmeter and connected to a cutoff switch connected to main power fuse box. The other issue was putting a hole in the wall of my living room. The instructions were laid out pretty good, I also measured a few times and made a template for the hole placement for the drain and high and low pressure lines.Mounting was easy, just like hanging anything with weight into the studs. Wiring for the indoor unit was easy as well as the connections for the outdoor electronics. Pretty smooth altogether for installation. Everything was included for connecting and insulation. I would however suggest getting an outdoor cover for the lines, hose and wiring insulation to pretty it up and protect it from the sun. I had to build a stand with a small roof on it to protect the unit as well as keep it off the ground becuase I dont want my dogs to mess with it.I was so excited to get everything connected, leak tested, pressure tested and properly evacuated as recommended in the manual. This worked wonderfully!!!… but…**I did have an issue with the outdoor unit that I recieved which worked for a few days then started blowing warm air.We are starting to have summer days in the triple digits and I was not happy… I contacted the seller and requested a solution or refund. We went back and forth (mostly due to the message method of contact as well as the time difference) But the seller responded quickly, offered solutions, had me do some basic troubleshooting and kept in touch.They sent me a replacement outdoor unit as we agreed and within 4 days or so, I recieved it, installed it to replaced the first one and Voila!!! Amazing, much needed, cold air!!! I would hightly recommend this product and I will definitely be purchasing another for another part of the house. Great product, inexpensive and wonderful customer support.

Easy install, AC works fantastic!
If you’ve never bought a mini split, you’ll need to also purchase a vacuum pump and some connectors. Other than that, everything you need comes in the box except the WiFi app (which doesn’t work for this model, according to the app, when you scan the QR code in the installation guide).No worries, the remote works fine.It’s currently 106° and this mini split has our house boat nice and cold, so cold we’re cuddling under the covers while swimmers outside are battling heat exhaustion.There’s no noticeable noise, the condensation is draining properly, the controls are easy to use, and the appearance of the unit is very professional.I’ve seen other reviews talk about failure after a little while. We’ll see. So far we have only praise to offerAnd this unit was very economical both on the pocket book and our solar system.
