Is it Touchable?
It says it’s touch screen when I touch it nothing happens. The color is brilliant. I like the compact design for an extra computer. This is the first HP/Word computer I’ve bought in 11 years. I hope it had better security. Having all in 1 for $400 is a perfect purchase.

Got for my elderly father who does NOT like technology…he is enjoying it
He only does the bare minimum. Email, Amazon and Facebook. No games, no chat, not much of anything. Some Office use and doctor video visits. His last computer was a dinosaur that was going to crash at any moment. I talked him into letting me upgrade him to this. It takes up much less room, larger monitor and very fast. I made everything look like his old computer and he is set. He is enjoying the look and feel of it, it is very easy for him, and it is quick. This is not a gaming system, but for an elderly writer with limited space, it is perfect.

Restocking fee after 3 days is outrageous
Itâs not a touchscreen which is what I requested in my search. Once it arrived and was set up, I noticed not only was it not touchscreen, it wasnât wireless. And then to add anything to it, we had to take it out of safety mode which was a risk. I returned it within 3 days and was charged a $80 restocking fee.

THE COMPUTER DID NOT WORK, I RECENTLY SET IT UP AFTER MORE THAN A YEAR!!!
I purchased the refurbished computer back on October, 2021. I set it up and used it briefly no more than 20 hours. My other HP recently stopped working. I unboxed this purchase and was setting it up. To my dismay after setting it up again. IT STOPPED WORKING COMPLETELY!!! IT WILL NOT POWER ON. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH HP.
