price and performance
just needed it to boot a MB without flash button to update bios to accommodate gen3 AMD processor. Was surprised basic performance was as close to Zen3 Ryzen 5 5500 (replacement). Up graded the MB to install WIN 11. NOW I have a known good processor for testing in the future.

CPU is shorted to ground
Bought this CPU as a testing CPU, but motherboard didn’t even power on. Checked with a multimeter between the vcore and ground, and there is a short.
