Great sound at a Great Price
Overall:I purchased the Matte Black T21 Tonal Fits. Highly recommend for the price and would buy again. I have purchased several TOZO products and think they offer great products at reasonable prices.Pros:- Comfortable fit. Earbuds are on the large size but feel secure in the ear. Might feel a touch of discomfort when initially trying them out due to the large size but it went away for me after a day or two. *Note: Make sure you rotate the stem that hangs down so that it is forward of vertical. This makes a better fit and significantly improves overall sound and bass response (this is addressed in the manual).- Great sound. *Note: To achieve the best sound out of these earbuds, you MUST download the TOZO app on your smartphone so you can adjust the EQ of the earbuds. You technically donât have to use the app, but itâs well worth it and the app is free (you donât even have to create a TOZO account if you donât want). Out of the box, these earbuds sound OK but nothing special. The bass is weak and woofy and the mids are too pronounced and muddy. Download the app to create a custom EQ preset that you can save and will be applied to your earbuds. The preset is set-and-forgetâ¦you donât have to set it every time you take the earbuds out of the case. I created a custom EQ preset (see photos) that matched my studio monitor headphones as closely as I could get it with the limited ability to adjust the EQ in the TOZO app. The earbuds sound SO much better now. (and if anyone is interested I achieve a Flat Frequency Response in my studio monitor headphones by using the SonarWorks SoundID Reference app I purchased for my computer. This app calibrates studio monitor headphones to achieve as flat of a frequency response as possible so your headphone audio isnât colored unnecessarily by the design of the headphones). If you donât want to create a custom EQ preset in the TOZO app, then the Classical or R&B presets are the closest you will get to the custom preset I created.- Nice design. Overall, the earbuds are a good build quality. Nothing screams very fancy or very cheap. Both the earbuds and the case have a mostly Matte Black finish. The case display is crystal clearâ¦no clue how long the battery life readouts will last though before it stops working.Cons:- Size. As mentioned above, the earbuds are fairly large especially compared to Apple earbuds. These will likely not be comfortable for small ears.- App. The app itself is great so far (I have an iPhone). Very clean and easy to navigate. BUT, the App is absolutely necessary to get the best sound out of these earbuds. Out of the box these earbuds donât sound anything special. Hopefully TOZO supports the app for a long-time. If they donât, then you will be stuck with mediocre-sounding earbuds out of the box. If you are looking for TOZO earbuds that sound as close to a flat frequency response as you are probably going to get out of cheap earbuds, then buy the TOZO T20’s. After comparing the T20’s against my studio monitor headphones (using SonarWorks SoundID Reference app), I decided to leave the T20’s on the Standard EQ preset in the TOZO app. Do note that the T20’s use the silicone earpieces.- Charging cable is short. Less than 1ft long. Not so much a conâ¦just something to note. To be fair, the cable can only be so big and still fit in the small product packaging.

Really really good, partially in-ear buds
The T21 Tonal Fits are an insane value compared to any version of AirPods.The sound right out of the box is pretty good, although I use the Dance Music setting thru the Tozo app, listening to rock, metal, and hip-hop. I would be happy with the factory sound, though. I like the original AirPods and Pros, and these sound comparable to me. I also have and really like Edifier TWS1 Pros in-ear buds.The battery life is really great for the buds and the case. I like the readout on the case.The fit is pretty good for me. The original AirPods fit great for me and never fell out. AirPod Pros rarely fell out. Iâve never tried AirPods 3. These Tonal Fits fit almost as well as AirPods. The sphere of the buds seem a little larger, but they still fit me well. I have mountain biked with one in (right ear only) about ten times/20 hours on CO Front Range trails and have had it pop out once.(Edit: I have ridden about ten more times and have had no more fall outs.)The green looks rad.The water resistance of the buds (not the case) is awesome. Better than AirPod Pros.The app is fine, not mind-blowing, but works well on iPhone.I have tried two sets of these buds because of an annoyance: a song will âskipâ/drop/glitch about once an hour. Itâs fast (a fraction of a second) and minor but noticeable. It happens in both sets at about the same rate. One case has a looser hinge than the other. Both cases charge pretty well on my wireless charger, but each case needs to face a different direction to charge. You may have to try a few positions to find the right spot.I have owned about 5 pairs of AirPods, and all I miss with these Tozos is instant communication with Siri. But the tapping works pretty well for me, and the buds only being partially in-ear means the taps are not as loud as the buds you jam and twist in.Ridiculously, the directions that come with the buds donât fully tell you how the reset them. Follow their directions, but press the first time about 5 seconds and the second time about 8 seconds. I searched vids for other Tozo models to find that tidbit out.I will never spend Apple money on earbuds again, when I can spend $25-50 on really really good alternatives. My recent AirPod Pros ($200ish) lasted less than 2 years before the crackling started (the way most of mine have died).

I love these ear buds so much. They stay charged for a long period and the case stays charged for a long period. I love that the ear buds and the case has wireless charging. I love the way they sit in your ears, but my wife hates the way they feel and she much prefers the ear buds that go farthur inside the ear

These earbuds sound great, even though the don’t seal off your ear completely there is still plenty of bass.Especially for people who dislike in ears these are great, since they just sit in your ear scalp. instead of your ear canal.i would highly recommend these
