Complete Miss
Purchased this PC as a starter gaming computer for my son. Went to fire it up on Christmas Eve to get it all set up, only to be hit with constant beeping as soon as it started up. The computer would turn on but there was no display â I checked all ports, tried 3 different monitors (all functional), and 3 different HDMI cords (all functional). Had an IT friend take a look and he said it looks like the motherboard crashed. Also, the computer is wrapped in this silver glitter wrap, looked absolutely ridiculous. I know thereâs always concern with refurbished computers, but was not expecting issues right at startup.

I have to admit I had not realized it was really that sparkly but it was so much smaller than the hulk it replaced and so easy to set up and get going that I was impressed. The SSD drive is so much faster also. Thank you Amazon Refurbished.

Plugged it in and it started smoking! We waited so long to get this since the first one was lost by ups. My son is disappointed. The gift was late and broken.

The wifi adapter wonât stay connected.
Got this for my daughter for Christmas. My husband is an IT Manager. He has been testing the computer tower. So far, the wifi connection wonât stay connected with the wifi adapter that came on it. It will need to be replaced. Will update once we find out more about this tower.

It was smoking all in the back when we plugged everything in and it did give us a guide just a warranty and a price of paper that said some stuff about windows

Wonât even load. Canât get past the robot screen. Guess they just stealing my info
Quick review –
As soon as the return period closed, it dies, of course.
Shut it down for windows updates, when turning it back on it says the hard drive needs replacing.
