Just What I Needed for a Great Price!
I haven’t had a laptop in years, just a huge desktop, but I haven’t been home as much lately.I needed a sturdy device with good specs for offline projects and hobbies I wanted to work on away from home.This was just the laptop I needed. Better than expected
My laptop arrived in mint condition.It looks brand new.I expected some blemishes or scratches. But it was flawless.The battery that came with it was a bit weak.So I purchased a new for $30, and it works fine.Mine came with Windows 10 installed. It gave an option to upgrade to Windows 11, which I did.The upgrade went smooth.The laptop has never locked up or blue-screened on me.So far so good. Better than expected.

Disappointed
I ordered a 14″ laptop and they sent me a 15 inch model. It had a couple of bad cosmetic dings on the case (see photos). Otherwise it was in working condition and had a fresh install of Windows 11. Mostly disappointed they didn’t send me the 14″ model I ordered.
