Great phone
Works great, way cheaper than Verizon
A very dissatisfied Hoosier –
This phone completely failed within the first week.
It worked fine for a few days, I put it on a charger overnight. In the morning,the screen was jumping around by itself and did not respond to human touch, rendering the phone worthless

Not like the older versions
The updated version of the duoforce pro isnt nearly as user friendly or as durable as the old versions. I had my last pro for about 7 years and rarely had any issues, but in moving on to the ultra 5 version, I have had issues with functionality (Having to reboot the phone orten) and now, with a simple drop from about 3 feet, the screen cracked.This phone was just not up to the standards that I am used to dealing with for the Kyocera brand.

Great phone
I replace my old Kyocera phone with this new one, I was already a verizon customer. I was concerned that I might have problems getting the phone to work, but no issues. The phone arrived looking new. I swapped the sim card and that was it. Verizon sent an email for me to confirm the switch but no other problems. I used an add on app to transfer my data and contacts. This saved my five hundred dollars compared to buying new from verizon.

Got the one for my cell provider, took in to the store and had it activated and numbers transferred and it has been doing great for about 2 weeks, and alot cheaper than buying at the store. And I’m not under no contract

It is exactly as advertised.
I’ve had mine for 2+ years. Worked right out of the box. Very rugged, I’ve taken into Cascade Range Mountains and Canadian Rockies in winter and summer. Fallen into water, and snow. Ocean salt water exposure as well (I do not swim or dive with it). Reliable, sturdy. Works with InReach Mini.Mediocre camera. Heavy. Limited storage. Advise a good screen shield. If you want bells and whistles, get something else.
