This computer is JUNK. RUN AWAY
Every time I turn this computer on, it will not log onto the internet wifi. I fight with it, sometimes for hours to get it to work right. By then I don’t give a rats ass about anything on the computer.

Functionality and Perfomance
This was a purchase for my mom, there were 2 concerns, 1st after a period of time of the laptop being on and either playing music or running Zoom, there is a screech noise that the speakers make. 2nd is there is separation in the seem close to the mouse pad, should in the picture. Potential for liquid or dust to get in. When trying to press it down it does not stay. Other than that it seems to be working for now.

Unit was supposed to be new. What I received was a Walmart sold unit that does not have a full 1 year warranty but instead has a 9 month warranty. The model number on the bottom of the unit ends with “wm” which has always indicated a unit available ONLY from Walmart, and a shipping label on the manufacturer’s box, which was placed inside an Amazon box. This warranty issue was found out when I went to HP’s website to register my NEW computer. Had I wanted to buy from Walmart, we have a store not 5 miles from my house.
