Okay we all know that we become very fond of our electronics. That may not be for everyone but there are several of us that love the electronic device that we’ve had for a long time. It’s almost like bonding with a best friend. Why? You know how to operate this device you’ve learned the ins and outs it almost feels like the device knows you.!! I was forced to upgrade my phone because of the service that I use for my cell phone. I was undone to say the least to part with my wonderful LG phone that I had had for almost 5 years. The pictures from this phone were absolutely gorgeous the operating system was to me very simple yet state of the art. But if I wanted to keep my current carrier I had to comply. I looked high and low for something that was compatible to my LG. I had tried another brand and it was garbage. I will not State the brand name but I am very fond of the color blue I’ll leave it at that.. the camera was garbage,the battery life was garbage, the only good thing that I can say about this phone was I was able to make a call out and get calls in seriously that’s how bad it was and it wasn’t cheap. However it was not a 5G ready phone and I did not realize that until after I had made my purchase. After my cell company said they were going to 5G it was obvious I was going to have to buy another phone! We all know that phones are not cheap. Nothing is cheap anymore but they can be cheaply made and that’s what I had encountered with the previous phone that I purchased. I was on Amazon searching and comparing specs and I ran across this little Jewel T-Mobile REVVL 5G. First of all let’s get past the superficial attraction.. I love pink and I love purples and I love blues and I love teal all mixed together and that was this phone! I was very impressed by the slim design which made it ergonomically workable. But I still had to make sure that this phone was able to meet my needs not for 2 months not for six yes for a year or more! I went online and did my research and I was really impressed for the price what the phone offered. There were some techie people that said it didn’t have x y and z but to me that didn’t matter. I was looking for a phone that had great resolution and was semi easy to operate. Above all I wanted a phone that was going to put some of the most popular technology at my fingertips. And I wanted a phone that was three and they could take great pictures. Well this little beauty meant all of those expectations.!! Oh and I forgot a phone that could hold a charge all day.. yes this little beauty holds a great charge because I am a music listener and a game player and a long-winded phone user. (The latter is probably obvious look how long this video is)🙄In closing I really am happy with the purchase and it was a reconditioned phone. Honestly I don’t know what they had to do to it but it looks and performs like it’s brand new out of the box! Thank you Amazon for putting this wonderful little phone into my happy little hands! Do your homework and do your research and see what you think of TMobile’s REVVL 5G😘

Great device!
The phone is high powered for the price. Very fast. Mine said it was New when I got it, and if it’s refurbed, it’s still awesome. Recommend

Refurbished phone
This seemed like a great deal at the time to save money but unfortunately the longer I have it the worse it gets. I have to constantly restart it to make and receive calls. I’ll never buy a refurbished phone again because of this issue. Hasn’t even been a year since I bought it either. So I ordered a new one from a different seller that is cheaper and a newer one from this year. Expensive lesson for me

Awful Quality Assurance
Bought a “renewed” REVVL 5G phone. Connected easily to T-Mobile network. Everything worked as expected until I made a phone call. Worked fine in speaker mode but no audio in normal (non-speaker) mode. Checked all volume and accessibility settings to no avail. Talked with both T-Mobile and Amazon support… both were useless. So the phone is useless. 3 hours of my life I’ll never get back. AWFUL QUALITY ASSURANCE! DON’T BOTHER!
