Big bucks for busted PC, even WORSE customer service.
Looks and runs great! Can’t keep a controller, keyboard, or mouse connected to it for over an hour though. Blue screen crashes, game crashes, peripheral disconnections. Just save your money and buy a prebuilt that’s worth it.Customer service is useless, I spent almost a full month jumping through hopes trying to unscramble misspelled words, sending pictures, sticking screwdrivers into the motherboard and what have you only for them to lie about the return process.They’ve had my pc for 2 days now and totally ghosted me, despite being told it’d get shipped out the same day they got my old one.Highly recommend you just go elsewhere for a prebuilt.

Getting a quality PC for the price
I was shocked at the price at first, but playing heavy AAA titled games like Overwatch, Dead By Daylight, Genshin Impact, and Hogwarts on Ultra graphics without seeing any drop in FPS sealed the deal for me. Delivered with care and did not have a single thing wrong during the setup process.
