The computer worked right out of the box with no problems other than a noisy graphic card fan.Called them and they promptly sent a replacement card, I was so surprised by courteous and quick response.The new card is quiet and everything is working very well. Very happy with the product and service!

Missing the DVD/CD player
The computer arrived 1 day ahead of time expected which was great. However, one of the reasons that I bought it was because my dad wanted a built-in DVD/CD player which according to pictures and description, this computer had. After unpacking and setting up, we noticed that the said DVD/CD player was not there. After discussing it, we decided to keep the computer and just buy an outside DVD/CD player. Also they need to tell you that you need an adapter in order to connect the monitor to the computer. Very disappointed.

Well worth the money.
I was happy with it right out of the box but wanted a little more robust video so I did purchase a video card to put in it. Well worth the money and really wouldn’t need the addition of a video card for simple work or web browsing. I do some video editing so thus the video card.

Product was not ask describe the connect for this company is awful! Called saying the label would not work and they stated it would to only get it shipped back to me. Everytime I call I get hung up on or the connection is awful to understand anyone that I end up hanging up. Never will buy from this company again!

Core I5 processor, 250 gb ssd for 199 dollars is a good deal. I added 8gb ram, audio and graphics cards for another 50 dollars. This computer rocks, boots in under 20 seconds. Very happy with the purchase

Double-check and inspect your delivered product
I order this unit, but a EliteDesk 800 G1 unit was delivered with a 240GB SSD. Customer service was quick to send rubber feet, replaced damaged face plate, missing recovery discover. The fan was noisy and was told to use WD40. Several emails and phones calls, but satisfied in the end. Good luck!
