Such a bad phone.
It was sluggish, crashed a lot, used an old USB connection, had very little storage, and really struggled with Bluetooth.And after setup fees and stuff, it didn’t really save us any money. After the screen cracked, we just got a Moto G5 Play and ended up spending about the same for a much better performing phone.

This phone is quite useful. Takes decent pictures, adjusts for lighting and is lightweight.Although it was manufactured after 2018, it does not allow for the use of an e-sim which can very useful while traveling in Asia.If this phone had e-sim capabilities I would give it a 5 star.

Clear phone case was not in the box, the box was also opened so poor quality control by Amazon, obviously it was a return. So far it works ok, but as others have mentioned, it is very slow.

Great phone excellent price. I got a defective unit which happens with many purchases,not big issue but I sent message to seller. I got an immediate return kit. Best part is after I did return they mailed out a new phone before I had to return defect, now that’s Customer service at its best. Replacement Phone works perfect it’s a quick easy to use no issues at all. I’ve bought more expensive phones that didn’t work this good for much more. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!

I purchased this phone for my 10 yr old kid as a “TESTER” phone.Positive: The phone looks/feel good and sturdy considering the price point, it came in a nice box with charging cable, power brick and a nice protective case for the phone.Negative: I have never had SO many issues trying to set up a phone. I recived it last night (1/17) and began what normally is a few minutes of set up. All seemed to be going ok until the phone shut down and restarted itself about 75% into the setup, and gave me the image(s) in this post. I assume it was user error so decided to do it all-over again; 4 more time, later, at approximately the same completion percentage, it did the same thing – I tried one final time and finally it worked! Let the phone rest over night and today, when setting up some apps for my kid, the phone froze in the middle of logging into Spotify, it restarted and gave me the same erro message I received 4 time yesterday.Maybe we go a Lemon, but regardless I will be returning it first thing to morning.Again, it appears to be a pretty good phone (if it works) but I also have to realize and taken into consideration what I paid for it.Please be cautious, and if you purchase this phone, I hope it works as intended for you.-Mike
