Defective. Verizon told me it was probably made defective during refurbishing
Defective and even worse they would not replace it. Tookme 15 hours with Verizon and Samsung and research to figure out the problem. I bought a case, protectors and adapters. Called Amazon to help, but their hands are almost tied with a 3rd party seller. All I was allowed to do is contact the seller and they said to start a return. I was on my own. No help, no remedy and no replacement. I know this company is in the business of selling phones. It’s amazing they couldn’t just find me a replacement to keep me as a happy customer. All my data and everything is transferred in which took hours also. At least test the phones. Biggest issue was NO UPDATES! Amazon did what they could, and the seller did respond promptly. But….Bottom Line. Not standing behind their sales. Was a nightmare. I can’t just let this go without warning others.

Renewsed Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 Flip3 – Excellent Product!
This renewed Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 Flip3 phone was an awesome purchase in my opinion! At first I was leery of buying a ‘renewed’ cell phone or any renewed product for that matter. I was afraid that it would be sub par compared to a new one however I am sold now on Amazon’s ‘renewed’ program. The phone arrived quickly and when I received it and unboxed it, the phone it was in pristine condition! It looked brand new! Now looks aren’t everything right? But not only did this phone look brand new, it performed that way as well! The battery life is good per these types of phones and it came with a charger and cable. The only feature that I cannot attest to is the facial recognition. I am not a fan of using biometrics for electronic devices. I considered my purchase an excellent value for the price. Granted, it’s an older model however, like I mentioned before, the phone was like brand new in appearance and performance and for what I received, I think the price was reasonable! Overall, I am thoroughly pleased with the my purchase and I am no longer worried about purchasing a renewed product from Amazon. I would buy ‘renewed’ again!

Said 5he phone was reconditioned and in excellent shape but screen had small cracks in it from day one and only 4 months later the screen doesnt light up everytime I open the phone.so now I bought a flip phone that’s no longer a flip phone.i have to keep it open all the time or I’ll miss calls and might might light up.dont buy from this seller.they lie and amazon let’s it happen.all they want to do for me is have me send the phone back wait a week for them to get it another week for them to approve the return then another week to get another phone.so I would be down without a phone for a month and have to set the new phone up all over again.thats not right.all cuz they lied to me in the first place.i definitely dont recommended these sell at all.stay away!if your smart.

Llegó muy bien el celular parece nuevo, ni un solo rasguño y todo funciona muy bien, lo único es que no traÃa la mica la tuve que comprar yo, pero fuera de eso el celular funciona al 100 y por el precio está súper bien, lo volverÃa a comprar.Cosas a considerar-La baterÃa no dura mucho, si usas mucho tu celular ya sea para el trabajo o para jugar este no te va a servir-Es un celular de muchos cuidados, es muy frágil de la pantalla ya que es plegable-No viene liberado, al menos no el mÃo, ten en cuenta que es una versión de EEUU
