Amazing
This laptop was actually very great!! I hate that the battery doesn’t last long, but it charges pretty quickly. It gets pretty hot quick but doesn’t last long. I had to spend hours on updating, but other than that, good! I’d recommend buying a WD Drive 2 turbo for extra storage and performance. Got one for $62 at Walmart. The touch screen is very nice feature and I didn’t realize the keyboard lit up! The package took forever to come in and did arrive super dirty. But hey, it’s a nice computer. I’ve been able to use it all day for my courses and some gaming on it. Pretty nice Laptop. Small and light weight to carry around. Pretty easy to fold, and can function like a tablet. Except sometimes, the screen keyboard doesn’t always appear but that’s fine.

This reconditioned computer was never reconditioned. On boot up, there is a FedEx driver login screen. I needed it sooner than later and then get that, out of time I bought one at Best Buy. Thx

Tecla espaciadora Dañada.
El envÃo fue muy rápido, la laptop funciona pero no se percataron que la tecla espaciadora se queda pegada y no marca el espacio, hay que presionar fuerte para que funcione.ððð tuve que devolverlo.

la unidad funciona de lo mas normal pero el dia de hoy me llego con el incoveniente de que el cargador que venia con el equipo no esta dando carga si me pudieran apoyar con ese detalle estaria mas que satisfecho ya que no debere rembolsar gracias

Compré esta computadora pero al abrirla me pidió una contraseña de una empresa que se llama Complex Care Solucions y por más que busqué forma de iniciarla, me sigue pidiendo esta cuenta y contraseña. Me comunique con Amazon y su solución fue que la devolviera. Me comuniqué con el vendedor pero si chat bot no me da ninguna solución.
