Can connect 2 phones simultaneously
Update: a year later and still going strong. I somehow broke one ear piece and glued it back together… Still works. Rarely get complaints about people hearing me. Quick charging is a big plusCons: I do wish it had more volume because sometimes calls sound low.Sometimes (when two phones are simultaneously connected) one phone will randomly disconnectLost my expensive ear pods and replaced with this (not that these were cheap). The lost pods were under the protection plan that didn’t replace or offer any type of replacement discount. Jabra’s loss was Voyager’s gain. I’m just a regular person who likes music and the ability to use my phone without constant holding it. For me, these have good range (I’ve left phone upstairs and across the house without completely losing connection), clear sound(no complaints from me or the caller), has noise cancelling, vibrates and calls out caller if they are programmed, 6 hour battery life(with heavy use it will recharge in about 15 minutes). I cannot comment on gym use(not heavily used in gym but worked ok with light sweating and treadmill use), blocks out a decent amount of everyday surrounding noise but I’ve not worn them on a plane. Big plus, everyday and at the same time I have work (Apple) and personal phone (Android) connected. When power on, headset says “power on,battery high, talk time 6 hours, phone one connected, phone two connected.” If on a call with one, the other will beep in however I have to disconnect the first call to answer the second call thru the headset. If I answer the second call while still on the first call the second call can only be heard via speaker or thru the phone itself(only complaint). I’ve owned these longer than 120 days.

Earbuds falls off and once it fell off the new ones wonât stay whatever you do
I got these literally two months ago. The headphones themselves seemed great, the sound was great, honestly I was SO happy with them regardless of the price point. But here is the problem. As many other reviewers mentioned, one of the earbuds falls off (and so it did with me). I put it back on, and it fell off again. I got a set of new earbuds from Amazon… and in out of the left ones already, they just wonât hold . I lost one every two days 🙁 I had a professional put it on for me too because I thought I did smth wrong with the first two. So at the end of the day for $200 I only have one earbud. For this price itâs really shouldnât be the problem!!!

Comfortable and battery lasts all day
I am on the phone 10-12 hours a day and forget they are in my ears. Just bought my second pair after the first ones got broken.

Just bought 2nd set.
Have had a pair at work for a couple years. Never really used them, preferring to use an old 1 earpiece Jabra. Recently changed jobs so decided to give them a shot. Fast forward and I just bought another set for home.1. Excellent sound quality. I’m kind of a snob when it comes to what I listen to music with. These do not disappoint.2. Supports 2 simultaneous bluetooth sources. I usually have music playing from my phone while at work. I can hit pause, join a Teams/Webex call on my laptop, and then back to music without changing a thing.3. Comfortable.4. Battery life. After 5-6 hours of continual use the battery is usually around 50% still. An hour on the charger and I’m back to 100%.

Junk, microphone doesn’t work
Absolute junk. Waste of money.Microphone doesn’t work. Every once in a while it will start to work again, and for the life of me I cannot figure out what’s different that makes it work sometimes and not others. It works just often enough that I keep trying to make it work. These are basically mediocre headphones, and they’re not even great at that, audio quality is pretty low.I don’t even know what I’m going to do.

Excellent, clear sound with Dell PC and Samsung S24 Ultra, mic is 85%
I love the ease of connection to laptop and phone, which is automatic once set up and simultaneous to both. Knows to shut down what device as calls are answered. Works with MS Teams for meetings and calls. I’d give it 5 stars but occasionally the microphone causes people to say they can barely hear me. Oddly, I move it and they say now it’s Ok. The earbuds are fine fit but a little stiff which after a workday made my ears hurt. I ordered the Bose Stayhear replacement buds from Amazon and now the headset is near perfect; stays put always and is my fave.

Great headset.
I use these everyday for work and they are great quality. The range is a bit short but other than that the mix and headphones work great.

4 Bad Units in 8 Months
I previously had the Legend and loved it. When it finally died I jumped at the 6200 as I have always liked the horseshoe design and the option to use one ear piece to talk on the phone and 2 for music. After 8 months of living with it here is my assessment. Keep in mind I only used this as a Bluetooth device to my mobile phone. I never connected it to my PC for UC calls.Pro’s:-Massive 11 hour battery life (talk time)-Disappears under clothing-Excellent sound for both calls and music-Excellent noise cancellation (User background noise eliminated)-Quick charging-Intuitive Controls-Customer service was excellent and each of the 4 failed headsets were promptly replaced in succession.Cons:-Background noise, on a call, is amplified to person you are speaking with. Received many caller complaints when I was walking on carpeted steps and opening doors- After a month or two of use, each head set suffered from the introduction of loud crackling and popping sound that both parties, on a call, could hear. The issue would come and go but ultimately rendered each headset unusablePolycom/Plantronics is now sending me a new 5200 single ear piece unit. It’s a bit of a downgrade but I know they work and have excellent background noise suppression. My brother has one and loves it. If you buy any headset you can expect to have an issue with it. I will admit I’ve had other issues with Plantronics headsets as has my brother but I have to hand it to Polycom for quickly turning around each and every support request and keeping me in business. Although I’ve had issues I will stick with Polycom as once I get a good headset it’s rock solid for years.

My guess is that they might have some corporate approvals and that could be the reason for this high premium. Though the product is good, comfortable and sound quality and ANC is also quite good, but the price is not justified.

Awesome set of ear phones. I work from home and can spend hours at a time on the phone. The ear peice fits nicely and doesn’t irritate my ear in the least. The sound is great, both from a receiving and those on the other end of the phone hearing me. A breeze to pair with my computer and cell phone

First let me explain my use case: I wear my headset/headphones all day every day, I use them for business video calls, music and audiobooks. 3 days a week, I spend at least 2 hours commuting on a noisy train, then 7 hours in a noisy open plan office, with at least 4-5 hours of these on calls. So, I’m willing to spend an absolute premium for something that works, delivering:- Excellent Active Noise Cancellation- Good Call Noise Cancellation (removing background noise when on a call)- Comfort and feel secure- Long battery lifeUnfortunately, these headphones fail at all of that, and they don’t feel like a premium product. Here is why:The Active Noise Cancellation – This is really bad. First the Buds supplied with headset do not sit properly or securely in the ear, so they don’t create a seal (so noise leaks through). Ironically, the Bud fittings are almost exactly the same as the Bose QC30 (which I have a pair of), so I popped the QC30 buds of these, and it improved somewhat. Even when you have a seal, the way ANC is mediocre. The way ANC is implemented, feels cheap and like it was an after-thought. It’s enabled and disabled via extremely an small and difficult to reach switch. There is no other controls for it, either on the their Mobile App, or the back itself.Call Noise Cancelling – Whilst its better than my QC30, its still picks up noise from wind etc.Comfort and feel secure – The Buds they provide, just do not sit securely in your ear.Battery Life – I can’t comment on this, after 2 hours, I’d already decided to return these.Final Thoughts:I was buying these to deliver a balance between ANC and Call Noise Cancelling, I’d have been more than happy, if they were even 50% as effective as Bose or Sony – But they failed miserably. My advise is get yourself a Leophile Neckband which cost 1/4 the price (£40), and does both ANC and CNC far better. Or, even a pair of Bluedio which cost about the same!
