Good value
I’ve had this about six months now. It’s fast, reliable and I’ve had zero problems. It arrived quickly, was exactly what was advertised and works well. Zero complaints. I have it hooked to a 65″ LED via HDMI and hardwired on ethernet. I use it for writing and often have half a dozen Word Documents, GIMP, a few other programs, and a dozen Chrome tabs open and it never lags. It hasn’t crashed a single time.

No product key/parental controls
I’m 63 yrs old I don’t need parental controls. I can’t download music or burnusic without parental permission. I’m the only one who lives in my house. Also, there’s no product key so when asked for it I’m screwed. Really frustrating trying g to do anything on this computer. Can’t turn off or get rid of parental permissions. Can’t get help from a real person online.

Awesome computer. Super fast start-up!
So far there is nothing that I dislike about this computer. With that said, I’ve only had it for about a week now.It starts up super fast with the 512 ssd hard drive. Plenty of space to store everything on the 2TB hard drive. Came with a cheap mouse and keyboard, but that didn’t matter to me. I already had a nice one of each to use. It came with a Wi-Fi dongle so I could connect wirelessly.I’ll be able to really break it in this next week and will update this review accordingly.

Exactly what I needed
Arrived quickly, without a power cord….who cares. Product is exactly what it stated to be. Clean and well packaged. Windows 10 started right off the boot and synced nicely. Appears to be fast and is not filled with junk programs. Very happy with my purchase. Next step is to update the video card no direct hdmi slot but I was aware of that. Refurbished is always a gambol but I am very pleased with this product

Product arrived sooner than expected and was very securely packaged. It was exactly as the seller described and the fact that it was minus all the bloatware was definitely an added bonus. We will be checking out BTG first when looking to make future purchases.

Computer dead in 2 years.
Update: I replaced the hard drive, but a couple months later, now the computer won’t start, 5 beeps and it’s dead.I bought the computer in 2020. The hard drive is labeled 2010. It failed in 2022. Disappointed.
