It’s a Great Keyboard Case
I like the versatility and the appreciable sturdiness if the device. It adds a noticeable amount of weight so it’s really a plus that I can easily separate and leave the keyboard section off when it’s not needed. The keyboard off makes it significantly lighter, while my iPad is still protected by the case covering the back and all sides.Recently, the keyboard was lagging a lot, to the point that it was words behind. I found out there was an update to 15.2 due. Once I installed the update, it was back to typing as normal.The backlight works well and without being a distraction.Just because the touchpad was supposed to be improved, I had to touch in all the corners and along the edges. The sensitivity is everywhere.I have a 4th generation iPad so not the one this keyboard case is sold for. The speakers are somewhat obstructed. But my sound is not so greatly distorted as to be a distraction while I’m listening to different things, YouTube, podcasts, music.Since it’s new to me I haven’t used all buttons. This is also my my first foray into the Apple ecosystem. MmI haven’t learned everything about the keyboard’s interaction and touchpad fingerings but I’m working on it.While this keyboard case is rather pricy, I’m still glad I bought it. It’s easily my favorite, and I’ve tried a few that worked well.

I don’t understand the criticism of this device
It is a rugged case that is attractive. I can use the keyboard easily. Installing the software to enable the iPad Pro to “see” the keyboard was easy.

I’ve had this case since April of ’22 and it is now December of ’22. The case is nice although I noticed when I bought it that it did not align properly despite me purchasing the correct model for my ipad. In using it the past 8 months, the edges have really worn down and the sides near the speakers are almost falling off and the ipad pops out at times. I don’t know what I could’ve done to make it this worn out!! However, I contacted the manufacturer and they are sending me a new one!! Even though it is past the warranty date (I think?) I love Logitech! Hopefully the one I bought is just faulty and the new one fits better. The keyboard still works and I love the feel of the keys. I also like that there is a function row! I will post an update when I get the new one.Edit: I got the new one and it fits perfectly! The edges align and there are no gaps in the corners like when I first got it. There is a difference between the holes for the speakers in the first model and in this one so I don’t think they will wear out as easily because they are sturdier with the smaller holes. Logitech customer service is fantastic for sending me this replacement. I don’t know yet if I will have to pay for postage to send the old one back.Edit#2: They haven’t yet asked me to send the old one back, and they closed the ticket, however they told me they could ask me to send the old one at any point in the future. This is my last update. Thanks Amazon and Logitech!

Good product, you won’t be dissatisfied
Before buying this product for my iPad Pro, 2021 model, I owned an Apple Smart Keyboard, so I can give my two cents on both products in case you’re going back and forth between one and the other and don’t know which one to get.The smart keyboard by Apple is a great product too. It is very sturdy, has a great trackpad, and the keyboard works flawlessly. The one thing that I didn’t like was how you had to de-attach the iPad from the keyboard to draw or take notes with the pencil. Another thing I did not like about the smart keyboard was how “vulnerable” the pencil was, as it has no latch to secure the pencil, which can easily fall off if you’re walking with it or just moving it, say, between desks or rooms, or if you wanted to use the keyboard in a working environment in which you move around a lot.The Logitech Slim Folio keyboard is also a solid product for slightly less dough. It feels like a quality product in its finishes and materials (so does the Apple Smart Keyboard, BTW). The Logitech also has the capacity to disattach the keyboard, so you can still use the folio to protect the iPad while drawing or taking notes. The keyboard also works seamlessly, and I like the adjustable back stand.Here are my quibbles with the Logitech:- It also lacks a latch for securing the pencil, so in that regard, it has the same issue as the Apple keyboard.- The pencil sits in the way of opening the folio, so you must remove it to open it. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it just feels like a design glitch.- The back stand is sometimes not so sturdy, unlike the Apple keyboard, whose design makes the actual keyboard sit tight and very sturdily at any angle.- I don’t know whether it is my iPad model in particular (the 2021 iPad pro model), but the folio was difficult to fit, it’s very tight, and it peeled the protective, transparent film I had placed on the screen for protection.Otherwise, the product has been great thus far. I have had no other issues whatsoever, and to be fair, my quibbles are small compared to the pros. I hope this was helpful for others choosing between one or the other.

O único porém aqui é que do iPad de 4ª para o de 5ª parece que houve uma mudança no arranjo de auto falante, então aqui o som sai um pouco abafado.Se seu foco em uso do iPad for consumir muito conteúdo de áudio por seus auto falantes, isso pode comprometer caso não seja um iPad de 5ª geração em diante! Mas em termos de tamanho e proteção, coube e funcionou perfeitamente! Se não se importar para esse detalhe, pode ir em frente!
