After 8 months using them, I love them!
They’re flexible, comfortable, sturdy and clean.Of course, I’m talking seeing them as a 60USD product, not a high end product, but it just can’t compete with the more expensive options.Still, it has very good highs and lows, good mids, and… Well it has too much mid-lows. Other than that, and for their price, they’re amazing, still going strong after around 8 months of use, and even do they feel like plastic, it’s not like a bad plastic. Their sound is really good and clean, and only needs a small EQ to be perfect for editing video.I feel like their only real weak point (not having a microphone) is a really good takeback for their quality. They don’t have lag nor deaf spots, so they are perfect for listening to music or playing videogames.

    Excellent Refurbished Pair
I bought a refurbished pair of M20X and did not know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised. The headphones arrived very well packaged in it’s original box. The headphones looked brand new. Once I tried them on and listened to them I was again pleasantly surprised. The sound was all I could have expected-clear and detailed. The price for these refurbished headphones was very reasonable and definitely worth the money. I listen to mostly pop music on my ipod and classical music on my computer so it would be unfair for me to judge the merits of these headphones for any other purpose. For my needs, the 20X sound great. I highly recommend them and I would definitely take a chance on a refurbished pair. PS They sound as good as the Beyerdynamic 770 headphones I recently at about one-half the price.

    Decent, budget friendly.
As a person who wants to be an audio engineer and produces music, while still playing video games, these headphones is a budget friendly way to do all three. Overall, the sound quality is average, the bass is low, and has pretty good treble. The pads inside, made my ears feel uncomfortable after 4-6 hours of wearing them. Other than that, its good for gaming, listening to to music, and what not.

    Clear, Noise Cancellation is effective.
I have an Audio Technica recording microphone and figured I’d get the headphones after purchasing Beats headphones that literally fell apart. These headphones are snug, the cord is long and thick so if you’re in the studio, you can feel comfortable moving around while the headphones are still plugged in. They feel sturdy, and the sound is great. Noise cancellation is the most impressive thing about these; I can be in the living room with my family and they can be watching a movie while I’m on my laptop, and I’m able to only hear my music or videos on my laptop. Even when you put them on without listening to anything while there’s noise in the background, you’ll notice how the atmosphere becomes significantly drowned out.

    Solution For Low End
Okay, firstly i read most of the comments. Lots of people say that it doesn’t have good low end. It is true low end must a little bit increased. For this purpose you can use headphone calibration vsts. Such as SonarWorks. There is ready to use preset for this headphone in Sonarworks. Then sound is very clear and natural. Comfort is perfect. It fits to ears easily. Flexible model makes comfort much more better.

    Great Sounding Headphones
There are so many headphones out there. It can be challenging to know what is great, good, and not so good just by reading reviews. If you have had the opportunity to listen to someone else’s quite expensive headset, it makes it hard to envision anything less sounds nearly as good. These sound very good. The ear cups are also very comfortable. The cord is really long, which is quite handy when you need to step a few feet away to grab something off a close by shelf. The sound is really quite good for the price point here. I would recommend them. Well done, Audio-Technica!!

    Great sound, horrible coomfort
I have had these headphones for about a year now and just upgraded to the Sony MDR7506. I love the sound of these headphones and was very reluctant to replace them. For short uses these are great headphones!I do however record an hour long podcast weekly with two other gentleman and I do all of the producing for the show which at times can take 2-3 hours of editing after recording. These headphones become unbearable for me after about 25-30 minutes. Ear fatigue is real and these headphones definitely bring physical discomfort that often leaves me removing one of te cups while recording to help aleiviate the discomfort. They served their purpose to get our podcast started. Turns out we’ve built a great audience that is growing weekly so since we aren’t going anywhere it was time to invest in a quality pair of studio headphones.Great for short listens, very clear sound. If you are just starting out and on a budget and not sure if podding is for you, give them a go. If you find you will be using these often for a extensive time periods, look elsewhere.
