WORKS AS WELL AS IPAD!
I got this tablet for personal use, it can be used for kids and adults. It has pre installed android apps and all of the Google apps, which is great! There was a setup at the beginning to sign into Gmail abs you can sync your account to the tablet. I love this tablet! It comes with a protective case and handle. The only really issues are that I have to tap the screen numerous times to get to Lock Screen and you have to press buttons on side sometimes to turn it on. The battery last for a few days with minimal use. I use it for probably 2 or 3 hrs each day and charge it weekly. I wish this came with option for different case like an all black protective case. I’ve downloaded tons of apps and this has ample storage and also can get an external card.

Not really any child features
There’s only two things that make this a “Kids Tablet”:It’s a cheap Android tabletIt has a really thick case on itOther than they, they have the option to setup a child Google account on it, but that’s a Google option and not really anything to do with the tablet.And there’s a few features that make it NOT a kids tablet at all:It has cameras on the front and back, microphones, full access to the internet and apps, no child interface, the buttons are tiny and VERY hard to find, let alone reach (almost impossible for a kid), no extra parental controls, just the stock Android experience.That being said, it IS a decent tablet. It’s easy to remove the padding and then it looks like a normal tablet.So it’s not bad, but it’s not really a kids tablet.

Doesn’t work well
I was so excited to find an affordable tablet but have been nothing but disappointed since I turned it on. It comes with no set-up instructions so you have to bum your way around trying to figure out the system. Once I did put apps on, the system can’t handle them so it won’t play videos that I need for our homeschool. As I was setting it up for my son to have his own account, it sent me in a perpetual loop and I never was able to get it done. I make changes, save them, and then try again and my changes aren’t there. It’s been nothing but a frustration to me. I recommend saving your money and going somewhere else.

This Blackview kid’s tablet is fine for what it is. It is not the most powerful tablet in the world, but it performs adequately for the use case, namely streaming Youtube/Netflix and running some lightweight kid’s apps/games. The screen is decent and it’s a great size, but the display quality isn’t anything to write home about. I also found that I sometimes had to try to tap things multiple times to get it to register, but this could just be the tablet being slow to respond rather than a screen responsiveness issue. The sound is decent, but I found that it was too loud for my liking even on the lowest setting. The camera picture and video quality is lacklustre so don’t expect much. The tablet also makes this annoying high-pitched whining sound periodically while you use it, for instance, when you open a new app.Setting it up is pretty easy as you just have to follow the Android set up prompts – connect to your wifi, log into a Google account, etc. However, I encountered an issue with getting it to connect to my wifi network. After putting in my wifi password, it would attempt to connect and fail. I tried all sorts of troubleshooting steps, and eventually got it to connect by disabling my 5 Ghz network and allowing the tablet to connect to the remaining 2.4 Ghz network (I have a mesh wifi system). Once it was connected, I turned my 5 Ghz band back on and the tablet is remaining connected.I listed a lot of negatives, but all of these gripes are tolerable for a kid’s tablet with a relatively inexpensive price point. Once set up, your young child will probably have a blast using this tablet, and it’s not a big deal if they break it since it didn’t cost an arm and a leg. Speaking of which, the included case is very good at protecting the device. It is thick and cushiony, and the ring stand on the back is handy though it can be difficult to pull out. You can get a tablet with slightly better specs if you pay a bit more; I happen to have one that actually costs about the same, but you wouldn’t get the case, which is definitely an added value. In short, the Blackview kid’s tablet isn’t a bad package overall. It won’t knock your socks off, but it is a decent kid’s tablet and has a nice budget price.

Dieser Kindertablet ist perfekt für kleine Kinder, da es mit einem sehr dicken robusten Schutzhülle kommt. Das Tablet hat eine gute Akkulaufzeit. Das Bildschirmgröße ist auch ideal. Das Androidversion ist auch sehr kinderfreundlich. Ich finde es sehr toll, dass der Verkäufer im Lieferumfang nicht nur das Tablet sondern auch ein Ladekabel und Adapter dabei. Zudem noch ist das Tablet bereits mit einer Schutzfolie versehen und es gibt im Paket eine zusätzliche Schutzfolie vorhanden. Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden.

Picture quality is impressive as when colors show up on the screen, they are vibrant. Setting up the tablet was straightforward and I easily created a parent profile to use in managing the tablet while my daughter uses the various apps/google space. It comes with a screen protector which is great. The tablet cover is sturdy and offers padding and protection. The stand behind the tab cover is a bit stiff but nothing to worry about. The battery life could be better as i own other kids tablet brands that have longer battery lives. The tablet battery needs to be charged at least once every two days with moderate use.
