I have long been a fan of Anker products, and I own many chargers, batteries and even their Eufy Robovac. Recently I acquired a new eBike, and since I am taking longer trips than I ever have before, I bought this portable charger because I needed a reliable power source for my phone and portable speaker while out and about. The charger has a sleek design – albeit a little heavy, a fast charging speed, and a long battery life. It can charge my phone, tablet, and laptop without any issues. The weight, while some may see as a negative, is more than made up for in the capacity this thing has. If you want capacity, you will have to sacrifice a little comfort and space. The device itself is almost all battery though, so the size is quite respectable given the output.With that said, after a few months of use, I noticed that one of the USB-C ports became loose and started to cause connection problems. Sometimes the charger would stop charging my device if I moved the wire slightly. I was very disappointed because I really liked this product, and I was just outside of the Amazon return period for it.I decided to contact Anker directly through email and explain the situation. They responded quickly and asked me to send them a video of the device showing the issue. I did that and they confirmed that it was a defective unit. They apologized for the inconvenience and offered to send me a brand-new device within a couple of days. They also told me to keep the original device as a convenience to me.I am very impressed by their customer service and how they handled the situation. They were courteous, professional, and generous. The new device arrived quickly, and it works perfectly. I am very happy with my purchase, and I would recommend Anker products to anyone who needs a portable charger (or really anything in their product line!). They are a great company that stands behind their products and cares about their customers.

What can I say? Reliable. Power-full. Perfect for my mobile workstation backpack. I don’t use it often, but when I need it on the odd occasion it’s always ready to get me through my lack-of-an-outlet day working remotely.Powerful enough to charge my MacBook Pro can charge on this bank for multiple hours. Does it charge the MacBook Pro fast? No, but I never expected it to. Does it charge the MacBook enough to keep it running while using basic productivity software, Chrome, streaming music, and other light work? Absolutely.This portable charger is quite heavy and large, but that’s exactly what I was looking for! It’s heavy because it keeps things powered when I need it. I’m not taking this hiking in the backwoods! I’m carrying it for ten minutes in my commuter backpack whilst searching for a table to work from in a busy shopping mall.I will note that it does get warm when charging larger devices like a MacBook Pro or an iPad Pro, but easily managed by ensuring it’s out of the backpack and ventilated on a table.I would absolutely recommend this to someone looking for a lot of power that is reasonable portable.

Ive had this product for about 3 years now, 2 deployed on navy ship and now a year with me traveling at my new job. Fast charges 2 phones and a smart watch, can be charged twice as fast with 2 usb c inputs, has rediculous battery life and lasts about a week of essentially nonstop use while in hotels or in my bag walking around the city. TSA has sussed out my bag a couple times on the xray because its A BRICK but theyve never not let me fly with it.It ‘works’ with a low power laptop, but charges slowly, more of maintains whatever percent youre currently at while using than actually charging. Just enough to get that last email out before a flight or a meeting. But considering its not advertised as a highpower laptop charger im not dissapointed. For phones and other similar devices its amazing.If youre looking for something dependable and long lasting and size isnt a huge factor this is a very good option

C ports you can charge 4 items at once..1 minor negative is the size/weight BUT amazon sell an impact cushioning case that’s just the right size when your on the move..
