Charger is really good! Charges iPhones perfectly
This charger works great! The color on the side easily shows if the phone is in the right position. It charges my iPhone 13 all the way through! I have tried another wireless charger before and it would overheat my iPhone for some reason, but this one doesn’t and it is just great. Really would recommend.

Easy to use and fast!
A few years back I purchased our first charging pad from a major brand name and was pretty happy with it until it stopped charging my iPhone but continued to charge my husband’s iPhone (purchased both at the same time, same model too). Flash forward about six months later and it wouldn’t charge his either. After reading a lot of reviews here on Amazon, I saw similar problems with this brand that other customers were having. It’s a shame because this well know company makes excellent surge protectors and other electronics, but not pad chargers.I also started looking at other brands and reading those reviews. This charger and the company that sells them seems to do an excellent job according to the reviews, so we gave it a shot and have had it for a few weeks now and we’re impressed! It charges a lot faster than our other one ever did. It also has a smaller footprint and a glowing green light to let you know your phone has started charging.We also like that it has everything you need to get it going. Instructions and pictures were well thought out, but putting it together and plugging it in isn’t that hard to figure out. We could have used a slightly longer usb cable, but we managed to switch a few other things around and everything is humming along just fine.We’ll see if it lasts as long as the national brand one did, which was about 2.5 years. The thought that went into this unit is very appreciated, as was the speedy shipping and thoughtful packaging. This one is definitely worth checking into and giving it a chance.

Mixed feelings.
For the ease and quick charge capability, this is easily a 5-star product. It’s affordable and is plug and play. I use with a Samsung s10e, and have had no charging issues whatsoever (charging while inside of its case)However, the light on the device is extremely annoying and sometimes has problems. The intent is the device is supposed to be dark, briefly turn on when you place a phone to indicate charging has begun, and resume darkness. It’s supposed to flash if there’s a charging issue. However, several times after the phone was removed from the charger it started flashing like a maniac, and continued for several minutes (unplugging will obviously stop it). Replacing the phone on the charger would stop the flashing, but as soon as it was removed the flashing resumed. This is highly problematic as my spouse and I sometimes grab a phone and leave while the other is sleeping at night, and the light is extremely bright.While the charging feature is 5-star for me, the light feature barely qualifies for a single star, though I’ll give it a begrudging 4-star review as the flashing only happens sometimes.

Keeps charge
Bought this just before a recent hurricane. Worked well and allowed me to charge my phone when power was out. We got power back quickly so Iâm not sure how long it will continue to charge but will do a trial run before the next storm.

Wow! The Qi -enabled charging is pretty magical. I actually didnât know it existed until I upgraded my phone (iPhone 6s->iPhone 11…big jump ð)This works great for the newer phones that have the Qi charging capabilities. I didnât know how great it would be since I seemed to always need my 6s plugged in even while browsing social media because my battery was just draining. Turns out these newer phones have much longer lasting batteries. If you are streaming music or movies you may need to charge more than just at night but either way this works great. It lets you know right away that charging is happening (I mean, who has had their phone plugged in for hours âchargingâ only to find it wasnât pushed in all the way so never charged? Canât be just me!). The light around the base turns green as soon as it recognizes a Qi-enables phone and just starts charging right away. If itâs not Qi-enabled the light will just blink as if searching but feeling like something is there.Just a note, if you have a pop socket, this wonât work through the thickness of the socket. If you use a magnetic phone holder where you put a metal disk between your phone and case, the Qi-charger also will not work. But otherwise this will work great for thicker otter box style cases as long as you donât have add one like the pop socket or metal plate.There is an insert with the charger that says Qi-charging is slower than wired charging but if you use the included wall adapter the charging is at 10W (for Samsung) or 7.5W (for iPhone). Not sure what that means except it gets faster if you use the included wall adapter rather than just one of the million white iPhone blocks you have lying around the house.Overall, Iâm very impressed. Fast enough charging for me and no worrying about worn and broken cords constantly needing to be replaced. Very pleased with my purchase.
