It works
It installed 8 gb in my Dell desktop.Now I have 16 gb the max.Of course as soon as I closed up the desktop, I checked system information and it show the max 16 gb installed.Memory module went in easy, dell made a little work to figure out what to remove to get to the memory slotsI recommend you to utube and follow many videos/examples for you brand/model computer.

Decent DDR3 Memory But misleading packaging – Overly priced
Update: returned found the same style of 16gb of ram, for 1/3 the cost, these are just overly priced ram, look elsewhere for ram for dell SFF computers, you can get a set for $17, elsewhere on Amazon. NO where does it say on this packaging or Ram sticks that this was made for Dell Inspiron Computers as it states so on the Amazon Web page, This is Misleading. How do I even know that I got a Ram memory Module that was actually designed to run on the dell, or A-Techs cheaper non descript memory that just works with it. So only 3 stars as this memory does work in my Moms Dell 3250 and it did give this SFF Dell new life.
