Grandma’s choice!
Bought this for my Grandson because of COVID home schooling. He has no complaints and loves it. I thought it was a great price. I researched tablets and glad I got this one. The fold back cover is a plus. He can hold it like a tablet when needed. Shipping was very fast too

Happy Overall
It was working well in the beginning when I recieved it but now for about a month I
am having weird issues. It freezes up and I cant do anything to correct this. Very frustrated
at this point. My last Acer was much better but I dropped it. This one has several problems
and I feel stuck and frustrated. I can not afford to purchase another one. :((

Nice chrome book for the price
Great lil chrome book for my son. Heâs been doing online classes at school with Zoom. Camera is great. Only reason I didnât give five stars is because the volume isnât that loudð¢. Bummer!!

Amazing Laptop!
This is the best laptop Iâve ever had! The camera quality is clear, the sound is good for watching videos, it is super fast, and wakes up immediately when you open it. The convertible tablet feature is flawless. I will update this review if anything goes wrong 🙂

Not the best, but okay.
This Chromebook is used for my son’s distant learning for school. Overall, it’s okay. Most things perform okay. However, there are some things that are sometimes frustrating.
Every once in a while the system freezes, which is annoying. But it can be remedied by turning off manually, holding power button for at least 30 seconds.
Printing is a challenge. Sometimes it recognizes my printer, sometimes it doesn’t. Not sure what the trick is.
Also, there’s no guideline on how to adjust the internal mic. (There’s not much of an option in the settings.) Sometimes others hear us on Zoom, others, not so much. We’ve also tried using an external mic, which wasn’t much help either. But so far, the internal mic seems to be working okay.
However, so far everything else seems to work okay. Camera’s not too bad. The folding of the screen/keyboard works best when taking a picture of things.
We probably would have been better off borrowing the school district’s chromebooks (which they offered to all students), however, it’s nice to own this without too many worries. I think this is a bit overpriced, for its overall performance/product, though.
