A REALLY GOOD PRODUCT FOR A DECENT PRICE
Hey, I’m no headphone technician but l think the AKA 240 Studio Proffessional Headphones are an exceptional value for the quality of music they reproduce. With my recent purchase ( replacing the same headphones l’d just purchased approximately a month previously, but lost due to unfortunate circumstances ) , which should tell you two things.,One: they are reasonably priced for the excellent sound they reproduce and you are missing out if you buy similar quality for usually a lot more Two: You too will enjoy listening to music through these so plan to get attached to them. Extras were a nice surprise, a convenient, sturdy and easy to attach holder to set them in when not in use and the 25′ extention cable with interchangeable jacks. Why pay more than you need to to get this quality of sound ? You will be glad you made the investment, no matter what kind of stereo you own.

Best headphones for the price and extra goodies.
I bought these headphones for recording and practicing guitar. I tested them at a local guitar center next to similar headphones by Audio Technica and a couple other brands and these were the clear class winner. The sound quality is fantastic for the price. I like that theyâre semi open back. It makes them more comfortable for long periods. Has a lot of premium features like the screw on adapter and replaceable cable, that you wouldnât see on many $60 headphones. The extra holder and cable for only $10 more was a nice bonus. Highly recommend.

Still the same outstanding sound 40 years later!
I owned a set of these headphones over 40 years ago. They are still an amazing purchase. The sound is clear and true. They are light weight and comfortable, unlike closed headphones the open design is better for my listening pleasure.

Great headphones but can become uncomfortable.
I would recommend these headphones for the price. At first I didnât realize I was buying a bundle. The holder is great but Iâm not sure Iâll have a use for the 20â extension. I wish they came with foam padding instead of the rubber. If youâre not wearing them on the right spot they can become uncomfortable after a bit. I would still recommend them as entry level studio headphones.

Very nice headphones and great for the price.
Very nice headphones and great for the price. These are based on a model that is 40 years old. They sound very clear and detailed. They are NOT base boosted. If your into that, your looking for something an a uniquely different category.I bought a headphone clamp to clamp to my stand and allow easy hanging of the headphone and cord.Would buy again.

Cheap, weak wires that require extra protection
I love the sound quality and power they can handle, I now prefer the FULL-EAR cover but these weren’t too bad. The idea of a wire disconnect at the headset was cool but like most manufactures do, the use of brittle/weak wires are used and weak insulation/jacket to protect said wires make most headphones undesirable. I replaced the wires with a stout set of RCA cables from plug to the speakers. All in all, headphones were not bad but could be better.

Never Knew What I Was Missing Until Now
So, up until now I always stuck to the cheap ways to get sound. Twenty bucks was as high as I was willing to go. But after enough time and pressure, I was finally convinced to go for something more. And man, the sound quality and comfort is a world of difference. I can’t explain exactly just how good things sound now- it’s great. Delivered fast and everything in the box, and the headphones are comfortable. Don’t know what else to say. I don’t regret buying this.
